It’s almost pointless to make an appointment because they take so many walk ins. The work is usually great but lately it’s not been amazing. This time around I got my nails filled and painted and the tips weren’t wrapped and a few spots were patchy. Given that it’s a sparkle polish it is to be expected that it won’t be perfect without a base. Always very busy.

I love coming here! My nails (gel with shellac) always last me at least 4 weeks! Sometimes could last longer, but for me personally I don't like when they get too long as I work reception. Jen always does wicked designs for me and all staff is very polite. Best place to go in the area. My fave!

ive been there 3 times, the first time i got a chilac manicure and it chipped off right away, the second time the same thing happened, And the third time i got acrylics that looked nothing like the inspiration picture. i paid $75 for them. they came off right away

I got the manicure and the pedicure shellac by one of the girls. She did a good job. Even though it was really busy, she made sure that I was happy with the color and the design. This my second time and I recommend this place.

I have been to a lot of nail places in Niagara and I love it here. I had a pedicure last time that was amazing. There was a mini hot stone massage, exfoliating, and hot towel on my feet that felt amazing. This last time I went in for a Shellac Mani and what an amazing job. I am picky about my nail shape but he got them shaped exactly as I like it. I have had shellac that came off in a couple days but this lasted for 3 full weeks. The products are top quality, everyone who works there is so nice and the prices are great. My shellac mani was $25 which is really affordable for how long it lasts! My nails are so much longer and healthier too! I edited this down to a 4 star because as much as I love it there, I am always stuck waiting FOREVER even though I make an appointment. The last 3 times I had an appointment for 530 and they started on my nails at 6:15, 6:00 and 6:30. I love you guys but I can't dedicate a whole night to getting my nails done...

I always get my gel fill done here. They do a great job. Today Mindy did my nails and suggested cat eye polish...I really like the effect. Jenny, Nee and Jimmy are the other technicians who have done my nails. I would recommend any one of them, and I have. Now I can add Mindy to my list!

Went regularly for the past year. Thought it was ok. Making an appointment is a waste of time. Will not go again after I got a nail fungus on my big toe recently after a pedicure. Will not reccomend to anyone.

LB Nails does a great job of keeping their tools clean, they are stored in the autoclave until ready to be used. Some of the pedicure items are single use. They are great at remembering your preferences between visits and have a loyal crowd. I see a lot of the same people when I am in there. Would give five stars but it is always super busy and they aren't so good at scheduling. You might have to wait but I will always wait because the quality is worth it.

This was my first time visiting a nail salon in many years, and since moving to Welland. I picked them because they had the best rating. I was not disappointed! The beautiful young lady who did my nails put so much time and attention into my nails. She was pleasant to talk to and had a sense of humor. She carefully inspected my nails after every change she made. And she added a little bit of glam to my otherwise plain French manicure. I didn't feel rushed out of there (I made an appointment) and I am very pleased with the results. Will be going back soon to get them filled:) thanks for everything guys!

I made an appointment for 1:00 and walk ins were taken before I understand that but then waited.over 30 minutes to finally be seated after they took walk ins that came after me. They didnt come over and ask what color I wanted nothing. I'm am so disappointed in the place NEVER AGAIN. You better off going somewhere else Go to Gala Nails in port Colbrone much better quality and such a better atmosphere.

I would not reccomend this place as I am new to the area and was looking for a salon to do manicure and pedicures I stumbled upon this place. My mani pedicure was rushed and not done properly. Also the clear coat chipped off within 3 hours. Not to mention the worst part I got a nail fungus on my big toe. I am honestly considering calling health board for this. I am truly disappointed and disgusted. They will not see me there for service and I will not be recommending them to anyone. I am going to see if I can get my money back. For the amount of people there they have no customer service and i am horrified to try a new place because of them

Unfortunately I have to change my review of this place. My first few experiences here were wonderful, nails looked great, staff was friendly and professional. But the last set I had done here, was horrible, and when I returned to have them fixed the staff were very rude, blaming me for the issues I had, and took over 2 hours to repair my nails. I have had long nails for over 3 years, and never had this happen. In less than 1 week i had 3 nails break, and 4 that began to leak uncured gel polish, and peel away. Might want to look elsewhere.

My first time at LB NAILS. Linda was an absolute doll. She was continuously asking me if I was happy with the shape and how they felt. She made sure that I was 100% please with the nails before she continued to each next step. I went with a Bio gel full set and they look and feel amazing. The price was great too! I’m used to paying 70 before taxes for biogel.. these were way less. Linda also helped me decide on a colour and a suitable length. A very patient woman for someone like me who is very indecisive. Thanks for the amazing and prompt experience. They were very busy and I can understand why. Friendly and talented staff. -Bailey

I used to really enjoy having my manicures and pedicures done here... However the last few times have been really disappointing. I made an appointment 3 months in advance for a full acrylic set for my wedding. I showed an image of a nude polish with silver sparkle on each nail. I ended up having two people jump between doing my nails and assisting other customers. I left with crooked nails on some fingers and the lengths did not match up on either hand. I also left with my nails looking pink and a single sparkle nail on each hand. Truthfully the attention to detail wasn't there and it was a rushed job. I ended up using a nail file to even out my nails the morning of my wedding. It was crowded and you could tell appointments were overbooked. That was the last time I attended this salon, I will not be back.

This is THE best place to get your nails done in the Welland area if not the Niagara area. They are super friendly, and I have never had such an amazing job done on my nails. I get complimented everywhere I go on them, even by other nail salons. They give you a 15% discount if you are a student which is fantastic. I recommend this place to every girl I know who gets their nails done.

I went to 10 different nail places to get my nails done in the falls area and let me just say that this place takes the cake. They're in Welland which is a little drive for me (40 mins) but it's so worth it. Prior to LB nails, I was driving to Brampton (1.5 hrs) to get my nails done but not anymore! They recently did some renovations to the place and I gotta say, I love it!

I went there to have a powder dip manicure. They said they did them and because I have been there in the past and found them good I though I would try them. The pedicure was good, as I just got the regular polish. However the manicure was not done correctly. They need to get some training before they do any one else. First, they tried to file my old dip off, I told her she was doing it wrong because she was hurting me. It needed to be soaked off like they did the shellac. She ignored me about that but didn't try to grind it off, but I was left soaking. They only had a beginners pack of dip, with only pink and white powder, so I took the pink. She did put it on, but not correctly I don't think they even read the instructions. The last coat was shellac, I think under UV and she said it was because it would shine properly. That was totally wrong, the product has a finish coat that works perfectly. I have no idea how long this is going to last, but I'm not happy, she didn't even remove the junk that was deposited under my nails from the soak. Not getting it done again, which is too bad because it is a great product, way better than other treatments for your nails.

Although the wait times can sometimes be a little longer then expected, still 5 star service. Nails last forever (Bio Gel with Shellac) often grow out before they need to be redone. Great designs as well. Definitely love getting pampered here whether it be my nails or a pedi!! wont go anywhere else!

So not impressed,went in today for a fill and brought in my own nail polish. I was charged $10 for shellac!! I don't mind paying extra if I was using shellac but it was my own purchased from wish online for $5 why am I being charged for shellac???Apparently I was told it doesn't matter the price is still the same. Will not be returning this place is a money scam.

I came into LB for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! The salon was packed but the staff was friendly and they were able to fit me in for a shellac manicure and a pedicure. I had an INCREDIBLE pedicure by Sophia (even after I accidentally messed up the polish on my big toe...she patiently fixed it). They use this amazing lemon scrub and hot stones (the best). I’ll be going back again!

My first time experience here was great . But the second time was horrible that I will never go back . I had an appointment at 3pm, got there on time but still waited for least 45 mins more to just to sit on the chair and waited longer . Finally a guy came and sat down to work on my nail . Started working up my cuticle without saying anything and was cutting too deep that I can feel the pain . Applied the gel polish without checking and when I found out there were bubbles builded almost 9/10 of the nails. He buffed of everything and He will pretty rough whiling doing that and I did mentioned to him that i was in pain . But he Ignored and reapply the gel nail after but it happened again . This time he started talking with his coworker using their language and left me in the chair . He went to do other client nails after . After waiting for another 20 mins finally another lady came and start my nail all over again ( till now was in the salon for 2hours for just Manicure ). The lady was pretty rude as well , accidentally touch the uv lamp a bit and before I realise , she shouted me all of the sudden and said “ did you touch your nail again , put in back “ . I was humiliated and embarrassed by her action and I almost cried as there were peoples in the salon . Payed 45+ tips ( shouldn’t have to pay tips ) for the nail that I don’t like so I will never go back .
