Went for a mani and pedi and had a wonderful experience. It was almost 2 hrs and I couldn’t have been more relaxed. If you are looking for a spa experience then this is the place! Felt very homey and welcoming.

Spent the morning with Nikki getting my hair cut for the first time in years. It was a drastic change that I was super nervous about making. She made the experience so much better then I thought it was going to be and I'm incredibly happy with the results. I I'll definitely be back and a whole lot sooner then it took me to get this cut !

I have been going to Elan Vitale since it opened and have had nothing but wonderful cuts and excellent service. Appointments are appropriately scheduled so there is little to no waiting. The stylists are all friendly and I have always been satisfied as they do what you ask them to and so you are not surprised when you come out. If you want advice as to what cut/style might suit you, my stylist has the experience and the schooling to propose different options to me which I appreciate, as I am not an expert, she is! The building is just lovely and unique and the upstairs is dedicated to a wide variety of spa services! I am very happy with my experience at this Salon and give them top ratings!

I was already having a stressful enough day. I needed a style done to my hair and I told the receptionist that I had a gift certificate. I sat down and a lady came in and did my hair later. Everything was going well until I was finished and went to give the gift certificate to the receptionist and she told me she couldn't accept it. Absolutely unbelievable. As a freshman in college I was very little money and was told when I booked the appointment that I could use it. I had to phone up my parents to pay for it which was super embarrassing. However, the stylist was extremely nice and kind about it, and it's not her fault she did a lovely job. I'm just extremely angry at the lack of organization used at the front desk. So I'd give the stylist 5 stars :) But my experience as a whole was 1 star. I will not be coming back for anymore services and I'm looking to give away the gift certificate and hopefully whoever I give it to will have a better experience.

Speaking for myself, she's always able to interpret my hair ideas, from normal and conservative to the vibrant and wacky colors that I like. John is also excellent and eye lash extensions. Catriona and the desk is also a delight to talk to!

This is a great salon & spa! I've gotten many services/treatments there and have always been pleased. And if you're looking to try laser hair removal, I'd highly recommend checking out Elan Vitale. Results are great, the prices are fair, service is excellent, and all staff are very well trained, capable, and personable. I've also gotten electrolysis here with great results. Highly recommend.

Love love love this place !! They do everything a girl needs! John fairlee does the piercing and he is amazing. He also does permanent makeup, such an artist. I would definetly recommend you go see him. You will never be disappointed.

John used me as a lash model and I just loved the outcome. I was very impressed with how he interacted with the students, giving them tips and noting certain situations that might come up and how to deal with them. If I was learning I would absolutely come to John. Highly recommended for clients or students.

Love my lashes! They look totally natural (so much so that I hesitate to make a review because I'm sure no one knows I have lash extensions lol) but better than natural! Like really great mascara. It has been so nice not to actually have to wear mascara though. No melting mascara in the heat, humidity, rain. No mascara to put on or remove. I can say "I woke up like this" and mean it. :) John is such an expert. He was patiently training the lash technician who was doing my lashes. He knew the science behind them and was so encouraging and patient with her. He watched carefully to make sure it was done properly but let her take the lead and learn. For getting lash extensions or learning how to do them, I would highly recommend John.

The entire EV team are a delight, and I've built up a personal connection with them over several years! Speaking specifically about my laser hair removal treatments, I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I have 5% of the amount of leg hair I had before beginning treatments, and the remaining hair is much thinner and grows slowly. I shave maybe once a month! I highly recommend Elan Vitale as your next salon & spa stop ;)

For the last few years i have been asking my kids to get me permanent eye liner for Christmas! This past Christmas it finally happened. I met with Johhny in January and was thrilled. First tattoo, I might add. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. About a week after the first appointment, I called him as it seemed that the tattoo ink was not staying but he assured me that if I followed the proper healing procedures that everything would be fine. It was my skin shedding and regenerating the new skin. I had a followup and advised him that I wanted my bottom line a but thicker and he did exactly what I wanted. I had a touch up done, again, Johnny was so professional. I am in love with my eyes. Best procedure I have ever had done. I love the look. Thank you so much Johnny. Love my permanent makeup. Cheers!

My husband buys me a massage for my birthday every year. He purchased an RMT massage from here for 60 mins. I enjoyed the massage. The last was very nice. But they were running 20 mins behind that morning and I ended up only having a 45 minute massage. I don’t know if they consider paperwork and consultation part of your minutes at this establishment but I’ve never had that happen before elsewhere. I also only had one arm done and my head/neck portion skipped :( perhaps because they were behind and trying to catch up? It was my first time here. I didn’t end up tipping her because I figured the $22.50 paid for that last 15 mins that I didn’t get was more than enough tip ????‍♀️

I absolutely love going to see Jon.. I get all my services done here. He does my lash extensions perfect evertime. He tries the newest trends on me and always looks amazing. I also get laser hair removal, it's not my favorite thing to get done.. lol, but Jon is very patient with my wimpy self. I would recommend this salon to EVERYONE.

After bouncing around to a few different salons, I found Nikki through a referral from a friend. I have been to her twice now for a cut and colour, and she's done a great job! It's not always easy to find a stylist that is on the same page as you and able to interpret your hair goals. She's done great work getting my hair back on track after a bad salon experience elsewhere. I highly recommend her!!!
