Start by saying I originally got my nails done at Dream Nails.. Big Mistake. They did such a bad job, all my nails were uneven and cracked after 4 days 10 days and they were grown out and cracked. Then I found Luxury Nails & Spa !! What a difference. They did such an amazing job at repairing my nails that you can't even tell how bad the first time was if they had a 10 star rating it would be yours.

The first time I went there or was a great experience..from walking in and adhering to the Covid measures put in place by their establishment, to the service and the employees. I went for a pedicure and it was absolutely what I could have wanted and so very relaxing. I was so relaxed, in fact, that I decided to stay for a facial. I did not want to leave, lol On your first visit you save the tax, so that was a bonus. I am literally en route to another appointment with them for a pedicure (which has stayed in tact from the previous appointment).

Very friendly and kind staff! My technician (I think Laura?) made sure I was happy with what she was doing from start to finish. I was a bit disappointed by the fact they used shellac polish without asking if I was ok with it, which cost me a little more than what I was expecting. It was my first time getting acrylic nails and I can't tell the difference of the polishes just by looking at them, so I only found out when I had to pay extra for it. But I assume it was only miscommunication and I'll return soon :)

My experience was exceptional. From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left the customer service was great. I choice to do a pedicure whice were done in massage chairs and included a hot stone massage. They also have many colors to pick from. Not sure if I will go now- my friend recommended me to call the spa to book an appointment because I wanna get my nails done for Christmas. Called in today. The person who picked up the phone call was extremely rude. I had a bit hard time to understand their English, and they weren’t using any professional terms either. They kept asking me if I want to make my nails longer without explaining to me what that even means… then I was asking if a specific time slot would work, and I couldn’t understand their response so I said “pardon?” They responded with a very rude tone:”give me a second, give me a second, okay?????” Then they told me the time slot doesn’t work so said they can fit me into a morning slot on Saturday. As I was saying that the morning can’t work for me, they interrupted me and said “okay call back later.” The entire phone call made me feel that I was stupid because I don’t know what the “long” or “short” nails mean and also they made it sound like I was stupid for asking for a repeat because I couldn’t understand their response. I do not want to go to Luxury Nail and get my nails done now. Good luck with you business if you decide to keep answering phone calls like that. I completely understand that this is a very busy time for you but I don’t think being rude is acceptable.

I got my nails done here (shellac) a few days ago for my upcoming wedding. Staff was so friendly while I was there and very professional, helping me pick a shade to match my ring. One of my nails did chip a little the next day, BUT when I called about it they immediately and sincerely apologized. And they offered for me to drop in and get it fixed before the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Excellent customer service.

The pedicure water was cold, didn't buff all nails, didn't exfoliate all of feet, cut too deep for ingrown toe nail corners, girl rushed thru pedicure 30 mins , stones n massage was weak n cold. Doesn't seem to have proper training.

I regularly get pedicures and have been to various locations. This was probably the best foot and leg massage I ever had! There was soothing spa music and I sat in a massage chair while my pedi was being completed. Very relaxing! Overall cost was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend this business and will be adding this to my list when visiting town!

The salon was clean and chairs were very comfortable. Will definitely be going back again. OH and a frequent user card as well. Awesome service.
