Very accommodating. Kathy was gentle and very thorough, very skilled. She corrected the issues with my nails made by my previous nail tech, I didnt even have to point out the problems she spotted them and fixed them all on her own. All my nails are smooth and perfectly shaped. Colour application is excellent. Really impressed, will definitely go back here.

me and my friend walked in and they took us right away. the lady was nice but it hurt to the point i was bleeding on 5 of my fingers. my friend was bleeding on most of her fingers too. they overcharged us by 45 dollars. we both asked for regular acrylic and they charged us for shellac acrylics. our nails are crooked and sore.

Extremely impressed with my experience at Beauty Nails. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to take me right away. Every employee was friendly and welcoming. They were very polite throughout the entire process. They were very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. They used the nail dip powder on my nails and I was very happy with the result. My nails were shaped beautifully and I cannot find any flaws, which is a compliment f it’s own as I am very picky when it comes to someone else doing my nails. They also said that if any damage happens with my nails to come back and they will fix for free. That certainly shows how much pride they have in their work and also most importantly, how much they care for the happiness of their customers. Thank you beauty nails, I will be back again.

this place is great! very good cleanliness and the service is amazing. they’re so nice and kind and i’ve been here many times. ben is amazing at nails as well, he deserves a raise!!! amazing place i would reccomend 10/10 to go there!!!

I went to the nail salon and asked for an arcylic fill. I had made sure to ask serval times the price and checked the website countless times to make sure I knew the exact price. They told me it was $30. The lady that did my nails was very rough and it was a very painful experience I even bleed. I told her I was in a bit of a rush due to the coming snow storm but she took her time and even left to take a phone call. Finally my nails were done and when I went up to pay it was $52 and they couldn’t tell me why it was $22 more than I was told. The nails were fine but I was blown away by how disappointing the experience was.

It was my first time getting a pedicure here and I must say this place is going to be my go to place for getting pedicures. The premises were very clean and the staff seems really friendly. My pedicure was done by Leo and he was professional and was a perfectionist in every step of the pedicure. Definitely recommend!

charged $80 for a gel set with tips, which is way more than what they're worth. i left with crooked nails and uneven filing, as well as bumpiness on some of my nails. not going back lol.

My friends and I showed up to the salon ten minutes early and waited over an hour to be seated..The guy started on my nails and stopped for an hour to do another girls nails right in the middle of mine two of my fingers were bleeding and my friends fingers were bleeding also. they were very rough. They told us the nails were 30 dollars but they ended up being 50 and the final product of the nails were Ok but way overpriced for the quality won’t be going back.

My teenage daughter had a set of acrylic nails done a week ago. By Thursday this past week less than a week after two tips had already popped off. There was a snowstorm so nobody was working., When I called Friday morning the lady I spoke with was very kind and said sometimes tips can be weak and this can happen and offered to fix them that day but my daughter was working so we made an appointment for today Sunday. . Nothing was mentioned about a charge. Fast forward two days later and two more tips have fallen off we now have four missing nails. My daughter was charged another 17 bucks today for nails that fell off due to no fault of her own. Plus they’re uneven and her finger was cut. . I’ve been an esthetician for twenty years and yes things happen but we fix it with no questions asked. My daughter is a teenager and didn’t say anything and just paid the bill. A 70 dollar set of nails turned into 85 dollars today and the new fix is not even as nice I could see being charged if it was two weeks later and she cracked them off on her own but the tips fell off. Very disappointed in the service she received today and will not return in the future.
