Love, love, love this spa! You'd never know you were in downtown Truro from the inside. So beautifully designed and quiet. Beyond relaxing. Shawna is amazing with nails. Completely adore everything she does and such a sweetheart to chat with! I always look forward to going back.

I was disappointed. I had a 10 minute wait to be welcomed although there was nobody ahead of me in line. This was followed by being told that there was no record of my appointment, despite the confirmation email that I showed to staff.

This is one of Truro's hidden treasures. If you are looking for an AMAZING and relaxing spa experience this is the place for you. There was 3 of us who had the day spa package with an additional service. All the staff were friendly and very professional and we felt safe with their Covid-19 guidelines. Would highly recommend this spa and their services to all.

The staff was friendly but the atmosphere and the prices for the service received was not impressive to say the least. The pedicure room has lazy boy chairs instead of the nice massage pedicure chairs that one would normally see in a Spa. They were draped in old mis matched sheets. I’m assuming it is due to COVID so they don’t have to wash down the chairs after use. The chairs were clunky and not comfortable. Not even music to relax with. Not “spa” like at all. The name is Wink Day Spa but all we received was the wink. Not much spa going on. The pedicure wasn’t what was expected and the difference wasn’t explained to our group upon booking. I can’t believe I paid that much to have my toe nails painted when I could have done that myself. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience.
