Having chronic pain, fibromyalgia and injuries this team has reassured me and gained my trust with my care and well being. I am finally getting relief and regaining some comfort in my recovery. This place looks nice and the staff are generally nice. I did really enjoy the massage from Amy and Ashley does my gel nails and does a pretty good job. No online booking and a couple of occasions I observed a clear lack of professionalism which are the reasons for 3 stars.

Great service and staff; have had esthetics services such as brow wax and pedicure, and most recently Botox therapy for axillary hyperhidrosis by Dr Dast. Leslie and her team are professional and collaborate with Stride Health & Fitness Club (I'm a long time club member) and support many local businesses and people in the community.

I have never done a review before but after my experience with service and management I feel obligated to warn others. I booked a lash lift and tint specifically requesting a person with experience. I've had this procedure done before at other locations so knew what to expect. The esthetician struggled for quite some time with applying the rollers, my mistake for not leaving right then...the end result was several lashes that were completely bent sideways at a 90 degree angle, lashes that swooped down and then curled half way up the middle of the lash. Each eye looked different and the tint did not cover the tips or the bases. I called and complained the moment I got home (i did not get a good look until then). They asked me to come in to have it checked and tried to downplay my concerns until I advised them I have had lash lifts before and know what they are supposed to look like. I came in the next day and showed the esthetician her mistake. She admitted that the lashes were bent, not lifted properly and she did not tint the full lash. I was then promptly advised that their policy is to "fix" their mistakes for free. As lash lifts are permanent for months you cannot reapply the perm solution for at least 4 weeks after having it done. I advised her of this and asked for a full refund as there is no "fix" for her mistake. I was told they would contact the owner leslie to discuss. Two days later I heard back from the front staff and was advised they would NOT refund me even though they admit it was their error. I was again advised of their "fix it" policy which I argued does not apply to this circumstance as you cannot "fix" a lift. and was again offered a free lift in 4 weeks. After this terrible experience with both treatment and customer service there is no way I would go back to have them do this to me again. I am always trying to support our local businesses but I am thoroughly disgusted with this treatment. I have asked for the owner Leslie to call me personally but have yet to hear from her.
