I had a colour at Spirit, horrible experience, they did offer to fix it but I was too nervous to go back. I received a call and Spirit is willing to consult and fix, I guess customer service and satisfaction is very important to them. I do appreciate their efforts Wow Justin and Amanda went above and beyond to fix my colour and dissatisfaction, I’m beyond satisfied. I will definitely be back, Thank you

This place has a great calm vibe. The services they offer are all well priced and preformed beautifully. I have had my eyebrows waxed and tinted as well as a body wrap that I never wanted to end. Can't wait to try out some more treatments

Amazing first experience. Went for a massage and have booked 3 more future dates. Very clean and modern salon/spa with helpful staff. They are taking fewer bookings now because of remade closing procedures between clients so plan accordingly.

I booked in for a three hour colour correction appointment with one of the newer stylists, Kelly. I cannot recommend her enough! The appointment included colour, cut, and style and I've never been more happy with my hair. The price was incredibly reasonable and she was absolutely lovely. I was a little intimidated by the high end reputation that Spirit Spa carries; but I've honestly never felt more at ease during a hair appointment. Edit: Just had my second visit to Spirit Spa at the Hydrostone and wanted to give a shout-out to Jessica for her METICULOUS colouring techniques. I'm now rocking a gorgeous dark-champagne balayage-style colour, and there's not a hair that looks out of place. Thank-you so much! You almost certainly have the best stylists in the city!

I went for a girls day at the spa and was in spa euphoria!! They really went above and beyond to make the experience next level!!! My facial from Jessica was probably the best I've ever had (and I do like me a facial every few months!!!) I would recommend everything I had done!!! Pedicure, salt stone massage and facial!!!

Amazing Spa! We had out staff retreat here last year (December 2019). It was amazing and just what we needed! The Spa is beautiful and very sound proof when in the service rooms. I fell asleep during my facial. A++. Lately, I've been getting some great samples to take home with me!

I always look forward to my time at Spirit! it’s my favourite place for pampering in Halifax! Hygiene is number one their hygiene practices have always impressed me - I try them with my manis and pedis and also love the complimentary coffee and brownies!

Beautiful space, all of the amenities you could ever want to feel pampered... However my massage was just okay. It was thereputically very relaxing, but didn't do much for my body to feel better in a more meaningful way. I did not request more pressure, but I did expect it.... I would you go back for a massage but for sure for other pampering!

I haven't been here enough to award five stars, but what I have seen has been quite impressive. The staff is courteous and proficient, and were able to take me at the time of my appointment. The wifi works well. Don't ask me about the spiritual or alternative stuff, that's not my thing.

The pristine level of comfort and care. This Spa is the premier of Halifax. Don't let that fool you. The staff is welcoming and wholesome. There is something for everyone here as it ranges from salon, to spa, to massage therapy. Your senses will be delighted as soon as you walk in and this top notch theme continues as you arrive into the care of their very talented stylists, estheticians and RMTs.

Great service today! I just came from Spirit Spa for a TMJ massage with Kielly. It was by far the best TMJ massage I have ever had. I have a 20 year old pre-existing TMJ condition with severe arthritis. Kielly knew exactly where to focus on the pressure points and just how much pressure to apply, all based on touch alone. Highly recommend Kielly if you're looking for TMJ relief. Fantastic work!

I had a gel polish manicure recently at Spirit Spa. At first, the gel polish started to come off within a few hours after the service. However, a friendly staff of the salon has welcomed me to fix the issue and offered another gel polish manicure for free. I am happy with the result.
