Great staff, thank you Krystal and Jennifer at front reception! The room (king with ocean view) was the best! A little oasis off the beaten path! Bed amazingly comfortable, clean rooms! Best stay yet , on our journey from Ontario! Thank you!

We arrived and the door didn't work. We tried to call the front desk and they didn't pick up. We had to drive back to the front desk to get new keycards, which didn't work. Then they sent a mechanic down (after we went back to the desk AGAIN because they didn't pick up) and he came down, fixed the door, and our keycards still didn't work. So he had to leave and get new keycards and come down so they'd work. Yikes. They told us to keep the keycards for the door away from our phones which we did, but at the end of the night only one keycard worked for the door. Some of us stayed in the chalet while some stayed in a room in the resort. The resort is noisy at night, up until at least 11pm when the music stops, but with our room so close to the lounge it was difficult to sleep with the noise. The marina also rents out kayaks and pedal boats for 10 dollars an hour, which is just silly given how much you're already paying for the room/cabin. The restaraunt was actually the best part of the stay, and I really enjoyed the food there, just don't get the seafood chowder lol. Hopefully they can get around to figuring out a better way to contact the front desk from a cell phone since we could only call them on their out-line.
