Had some issues with pain in my shoulders and a pinched nerve in my arm. After about 6 months of going here for appointments my issues have been drastically improved. Darcy was the person I worked with the most and he is great. All the staff here are very friendly and great to be around. If I ever have any future issues this’ll be my spot to go to.

Stephanie, Sarah and Jill have treated me like family during every visit and there have been many. This is a very well run clinic as shown by the positive and friendly demeanor of the entire staff. I am so thankful for this clinic! I saw Gillian Malan for a shoulder issue and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and professional and I found her compassionate and easy to talk to. She had me back to work and out of pain faster than I had expected! Kudos to the entire staff as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They will be my go to clinic for any physiotherapy needs in my future!

I went to Lifemark Physiotherapy New Glasgow for pelvic floor muscle therapy after having a bad tear while giving birth. I met with Rosanna who was very knowledgable about this type of therapy. She was also professional and friendly, which helped make the therapy - a naturally uncomfortable process - much more pleasant. The clinic in general is very welcoming with friendly and efficient reception staff. Also, in the time of COVID, the safety measures were clear and thorough.

The whole Staff at Lifemark in New Glasgow are a very friendly group. Rosanna and Erin worked very hard to get be back to my "normal"self !!! Mae and Stephanie were always a friendly face when I walked in and when I Called. If I had to leave a message, they returned my call in a timely Manner! Mike the OT was very thorough and understanding when we had to go to my work place!!! Sarah always has a smile on her face for you :) Trinda is very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable with her. I’ve been to Rosanna for pelvic floor therapy and can not overstate how excellent she is. I thought the issue I had been dealing with for years wasn’t fixable - she assured me I’d be better in about five treatments, and she was right! Today I saw Darcy for a minor but painful injury. Childcare fell through, so I called the clinic and was told if I was comfortable with it I could bring my 7 month old along. (Having been there previously during covid, I felt very confident about their safety protocols.) Not only did Darcy very quickly pinpoint the issue and get me on track with a treatment plan, he went above and beyond to make the experience - overtired baby in tow - better than I could have hoped for; engaging the baby, offering to dim the lights while he left me with the tens machine in case the baby decided to nap, and so patient with interruptions. I left feeling relieved that it wasn’t a disaster taking the baby, and confident that his treatment will have me healed up in no time. Both physiotherapists are phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend!
