My sister and I went to this location for mani/pedi's and were completely disgusted with how they turned out. My sister's toe nails were full of streaks and chipped before the end of the day and mine were no better. We both got the shellac because i had recently had it done in a nail place in the mall and really was impressed with the quality i was totally disappointed in the quality from Kara's. I could have done my own nails at home better then what i paid for. My nails were done saturday monrning by Monday they were all chipped, cracked and breaking. If you want a good manicure do not go here, save your money the place at the mall did a much better job and was way cheaper.

I was greeted by a very loud person. She was basically yelling at me. Very nice, but perhaps she needs some hearing aids or they need to turn the music down, because its kind of abrasive when you first walk in. Also, she wasn't dressed up nice, she had super tight fitting jeans that she basically busting out of, I mean come on, I am going to the spa - the first face I see of the company should be a professional one. I went for a pedicure, and it was okay. Lots of the estheticians had a lot of tattoos though. Don't get me wrong, tatoss are fine, but when you're at work, that stuff should be covered up. But, it was very relaxing, and the people who worked there were nice. Usually though, I like to have my nail bed buffed a bit, so you don't see the ridges when they apply the polish. but it's fine. Aside from that I found the price to be a bit steep. I 've been to places where you get a hot compress on the leg and nice pumice massage, but here that cost $10 extra. To me, $55 for regular polish pedicure is already a bit too much. Perhaps if they upped their presentation and professionalism a bit, I'd consider returning, but likely not.

I went to Kara's to get my nails done for a "BellAlliant" Christmas stuff party. I went to have the gel nails done. after sitting in the chair for 2 hours getting this thing done, i came out of the spa with nails that looked like it was put in two weeks before and i needed to be there that day for a refill. the gel was placed so far from my cuticles it looked like it had instagrown!! she pushed back the cuticles on one hand and didn't do it on the other. so me not knowing anything about gel nails since it was my first time went to show off to my friends the very next day and was told that was probably the worst nail job that they had seen, can you imagine how embarrassed I felt. Now I have given two stars because 1 they were really nice to my son and took him to the bathroom when he wanted and such, and two because they did tel me that I should come back and get it fixed after I called and complained and told them what I was told. In short, it was like a very bad sexual experience that you wish never took place.This rating may improve if I do go back and they are favorable with my request. ( Oh half the nails have already fallen off)

I had an extremely bad experience with the massage therapy here. Young and inexperienced massage therapist not only did not find the source of the pain in my upper back....but after asking her to release my leg muscles within the rest of the time...she did it over the blanket! Did not touch my skin on legs at all!!! (I was after shower and with legs shaved if you think that could be the reason...it was not ...) And of course it did not help at all! And btw. instead of 60 min therapy...it was only 45 plus paying (too much) and filling forms (I came 10 min early to do that!)....very poor experience. DO NOT recommend!

It was the worst pedicure I ever had. I paid $60.00. She painted my toe nails and gave me a pair of disposable flip flops and sent me on my way. The rain was pouring. By the time I got to my car my feet were soaked and some of the nail polish was off. Any other place I have gotten a pedicure my toes would be dry before they sent me packing. Only in it for the money. My first time there and my last. Very poor service for the amount of money.

Went for wedding updos in September 2019. My Daughter was with Kelly Anne and LOVED it!! If you or your child love glitter... She's the glitter QUEEN!! My daughter was over the moon! I had Amy Harnish and she was incredible too. My hair looked wonderful! I wish I had taken photos!

One of the worst body scrub spa place. Never ever recommend anyone to go there. Those esthetician’s were super lazy, barely did any scrubbing. I felt wastage of my time and money going that place. I wish I would have chance to get my money back and use it in some well professional spa. I would give them 00000 rating ????????????
