I have been waiting a long time for the Emsculpt/ Exilis procedures to be offered in Nova Scotia! My first consultation with Catherine and Alix was wonderful. They made me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and not judged. I had an hour dedicated to the consultation and the girls were so patient, walking me through an in-depth overview of all services, and answering all my questions.. The office was clean, COVID safe, modern, and private. I can't wait for my first treatment and will update this review in the future with my results!

It was with a little bit of skepticism that I booked Emscuplt Neo treatments, after all we've all seen before & after pics and wondered if they were photoshopped. I can tell you with absolute certainty that after 4 Emsculpt Neo treatments the difference to my shape is unbelievable! I can't recommend this treatment enough, and Catherine & Alix are super professional, very knowledgeable about the treatments they provide and it's been a fantastic experience at the Spa. I can't wait to explore the other treatments on offer.

I had the core to floor treatment and I am beyond impressed with the results! I practice yoga consistently and I have noticed a huge difference in my practice since completing core to floor. My strength and balance has improved and I am able to progress in postures that I found very difficult before. I'd recommend core to floor therapy to anyone looking to improve their posture, or who is looking for a solution to help improve their athletic performance!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and was happy to accommodate me. The spa is conveniently located in downtown Halifax and the underground parking on site was easy to access (also free b/c it was validated by Body Works). I found the spa itself to be very nice inside, as well as clean. My treatment was great and I look forward to returning. Overall an excellent experience.
