RMT PTBO is a quiet, bright, and clean facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Street parking out front. I was tired of massage addict and was looking for somewhere new to try and I am so glad I did. Every thing here felt hassle free. I booked my appointments online very easily through their website. They direct billed to my insurance company. They did a covid screening upon my arrival, asked me to sign in and sanitize my hands. Cayla was my RMT. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and to find out about what brought me in to see her and once she knew what I wanted/needed from the session she then worked wonders on my neck, shoulders and back. Some of the best tension relief I have ever received from a massage. I have recommended her highly to my family and friends.

My guy asked me to get there early to fill out paperwork which I did. He was no where to be found though so I left after about 15 minutes. He called me a while later asking where I was and did not make any mind of offer to address my dissatisfaction. I dont have time for people like that.

Went to 360 Wellness for the first time today. Was received warmly by the receptionist and offered a complementary tea before my treatment (Davids Tea - yum)! Had an amazing experience with Myra who was focused on correcting my extremely tense back. She was extremely professional, provided education on things I can do at home to help, and set me up for a treatment plan to get my back where it needs to be over the course of the next month. New to the area and thought I would have to try a few different places before finding the right therapist but I completely struck gold on my first try here! Would highly recommend this location - especially Myra!

This was a last minute desperate booking for a RMT for a sudden neck/should pain and I was extremely happy with the treatment from Myra.
