It was an incredible experience from start to finish. So relaxing and my skin has never felt so good. Laura is WONDERFUL and did a really good job at explaining the different treatments she was putting on me and why. She is extremely knowledgeable and she immediately made me feel comfortable. Afterwards she helped me pick out some products that were right for me. I cannot wait to go back. It was pure magic!

Absolutely the best facial I ever had! Laura really goes above & beyond to make you feel pampered, with so many extras thrown in. The massages, the take home masks & of course the fairy porch lights were all so lovely. A slice of heaven in my own backyard ♡

I decided to do an updated review on lo & behold beauty spa services since my last post, dated Feb 21, 2020. With this pandemic and mandated shut downs by the government, I was pleased to be able to have two more skin pen treatments. Laura the owner and esthetician is so talented, gentle and informative. She followed the ministry mandated Covid 19 protocols each time, was very thorough in masking, temperature taking, questionnaires and sanitation. I never once felt concerned about picking up Covid. Each visit she reviewed the procedure, post care and answered all my concerns. I really appreciated that she did not assume I remembered, even though it was my third treatment. I loved the results from the skin pen treatment. I saw diminished fine wrinkle lines, especially on my upper lip. My skin feels smooth and pore size was diminished. If anyone is sitting on the fence about treatments due to lack of knowledge about the esthetician, any of lo & behold services or Covid fear, I hope I alleviated some of those. I have not had all of lo & behold services but would not hesitate to try if I wanted to, as I have complete trust in Laura’s ability and talent.

Laura at Lo and Behold Beauty is such a delight to talk to, she’s very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. As a new client I went with the new client facial. She looked over my skin and determined what facials were best for me. The whole appointment was so relaxing! As the hydro jelly mask sat on my face(my last facial of the appt) she massaged my feet, legs, hands and arms and ended with a shoulder and neck massage. It was amazing! I left my appt feeling so relaxed and my skin feeling so rejuvenated and glowing! Can’t wait for my next one! :)

12/10 would recommend! Lo & Behold is THE best place for facials and skin care around! Laura is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients. She really takes her time with each client to make sure your skins needs are met. Even if you’re not sure what your skin needs she will evaluate for you. You are guaranteed to be leaving with a glowing complexion! All the products used smelled amazing but not over powering. Laura even performs hand and feet massages while a mask processes on your face. I told Laura my concerns about my skin and she customized a facial service for my skins needs. The entire experience was lovely and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was very relaxing and calm with soft lighting and music and beautiful live plants. Absolutely AMAZING!

Let's start with atmosphere - it was so beautiful, calming, and cozy. The energy in the space was relaxed and inviting. Treatment - THE BED WAS HEATED. - You have the option to not have the heat on - but I wanted it on - it was lovely. - I had a back treatment done and it was so incredibly relaxing I almost passed out on the table. I 100% could have if I didn't fight it. The whole treatment was amazing. From cleansing- to masks and extractions - to another mask and cooling rocks. I feel like a million bucks! I've never felt so good after an treatment I've ever had - including a relaxation massage. This is a must. - ill be buying all my friends a gift card to lo & behold. Hands down. - INCREDIBLE.
