I don't know how you can call yourself a business when you repeatedly fail to fulfill the most basic aspect of running a salon - booking appointments and fulfilling them. Perhaps consider walk-in only or come back to the game when you buy a calendar. Response to owner: this isn't the first time you've neglected an appointment. Own up to it without making an excuse and try to have compassion and understanding for what your clients are experiencing in these situation. Don't make appointments you can't keep, this applies to every business that takes itself even remotely seriously. Good luck with your future endeavours.

Kelly has been cutting and coloring my hair for a year now. __We've been through mid-length hair to short hair and __from dark almost black to platinum blonde. __The colour is always fabulous__She listens to what you want and comes up with great ideas when you give her the 'I don't know what I want... I just want something different'. __The team at the Kouture are very friendly and thoughtful and make everyone feel at home. __And there's nothing better than the compliments on the cut I received at three different stores when I went to run errands after my last appointment! __Highly recommend!

Unfortunate there is no zero star rating . Booked appointments on Instagram as we were unable to get through via phone. I traveled almost 2 hours to have my hair done with my daughter prior to her wedding upon arrival found that the date and time confirmed 5 weeks ago was a”mix up” and moved to next week. Highly unprofessional , disorganized establishment

Top notch salon, I have my hair and nails done here and I'm always happy with the results. Kelly is great, she listens to what I have to say and if I ask for something that may not look the best she will let me know. The salon is up to date, warm and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to book your appointments in advance as they are in high demand.

Used to get my hair cut here and no complaints that way. But went in to have nails done by one of the employees and what a disaster. They starting falling off and breaking off the next day. I went back in and they replaced the broken ones and reglued the ones that fell off. Two days later it started again with more falling off and breaking. This time when I complained I was told via email that I was no longer welcome at the salon. I have not received a refund to date and this was months ago Also I am still not able to get my nails redone because if the damage done to them

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Not once but twice have I (or a family member) shown up for an appointment and no one has been there or they messed up the dates on our appointments when booking. My mother drove two hours to get here for our appointment to get our hair done before my wedding and I was called 15 mins before the appointment time to state there was a 'mix-up' with the appointment. I also live 30 mins out of town and was driving so 15 mins for a cancellation that was a mistake on the end of the salon is a bit ridiculous. My husband never received a call and arrived to locked doors and no one there. No one ever followed up with him or apologized. I should've stopped coming here at that point but I figured benefit of the doubt, stuff happens, compassion, understanding etc. Two strikes you're out. Never again will I give this place my business or recommend them to anyone in the area. And their offer to get us in on the following Monday (another 4+ hour drive for my mom), not to mention I have my own schedule and limited availability is far too little too late. P.s. to your response: compassion and understanding goes both ways. You have no idea what I or my family have been through this past year and a half and can't begin to fathom how much it meant to my mom and I to simply get our hair done together. P.p.s getting your employees to dilute negative reviews is a super nice touch.

The hair stylist was argumentative and didn't understand what my intention for my hair, when I tried to explain what my intention was she became dismissive and refused to acknowledge that she could have done a better job. For such a expensive hair style and colour, I would expect some respect as a customer. Would never go there again and will never recommend either.

Always a wonderful experience at Kouture. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I have very difficult hair to manage and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Kelly to cut and style my hair. She is the best. The spa is also a great feature! All my manicures are beautifully done and reasonably priced. Best salon in town.

Had to get my hair done twice! Wanted to go lighter and it turned out red and when she had to fix it she went darker and faded all my blonde Baylage (which was what I went in for). So unimpressed which makes me sad because they were highly recommended, wish I had a better experience!

Staff was incredibly nice and polite, however I was incredibly disappointed in how my hair turned out. I came in wanting a light brown/dark blonde balayage. The stylist told me that I wouldn't be able to get ashy tones in my hair during the first session, this was fine with me as long as the colour was somewhat similar to the picture I had shown them. The stylist also suggested a partial, instead of a full balayage, as she thought I would not be happy with my initial idea. My hair looked practically identical as to when I walked into the studio, with only a few dark brown highlights (I have dark brown/black hair). In addition, the highlights are not even on both sides. The difference was not obvious to my family and boyfriend, I needed to point out the streaks. Very disappointed with the result, don't think it was worth the price.
