I loved my first float experience! I was worried that I would feel claustrophobic but that didn't happen at all. It felt really spacious inside the tank. I came out feeling SO RELAXED. It was amazing and something I'll definitely do again. I've been recommending it to everyone I know.

Just had my first float experience at Flow Spa and it certainly won't be my last. This was an experience I didn't know I needed, and I'm so glad I finally decided to do it. RJ was very pleasant from the moment I stepped in the door, and within seconds you can tell that you're in for a very relaxing and restoring journey. An hour later I am still feeling the calming effects of the float, and feels as though it's only getting better. My body feels rejuvenated after hours of studying for exams and most of my tension is completely gone. Students, busy working professionals, athletes, seniors... EVERYONE can benefit from this incredible experience. Can't wait to go back! Thanks RJ!

My first visit to Flow was terrific. The space is super-clean, well-lit and spacious, COVID protocols were well observed, and I was completely comfortable and well-cared for. I combined a massage (with the amazing, skilled Diane Belzil) with a float and it's a wonderful blend! Next time I'll do it the other way around, to compare the experience. Highly recommended!

What an incredible experience! I had the opportunity to try a float. I was a little nervous at first but am SO thankful I did it. As a young, busy mom... it was incredibly refreshing to have complete solitude in one of the tanks. You don't realize how much you lack it until you have the chance to do it. I cant remember the last time I had that time to myself. I can out feeling energized yet relaxed. I will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful & relaxing experience. The staff was so friendly & helpful. They eased all of our nerves as first time floaters. Can't wait to go back & try using my own relaxation music. When they suggest the Vaseline on cuts use it because it will hurt a little if you don't. That was my only mistake. Enjoy the shower after to relax & rinse away the salts. It was the cherry on top for sure. We will be back again

This is a great space to float. RJ and the staff are attentive, and very friendly. I would recommend Flow Spa to anyone - especially the cabin spaces - much more roomy than the pod, although all float chambers are excellent.

This place is really calming and allows me to float in one of the pods, and come out refreshed and clear headed. It’s weirdly calming and after a few minutes you are very present in the Now. Also RJ and the staff actually care about you, about how we are doing, and finding ways to get the results we are looking for, that include workshops and events on top of their floating experiences that make us better. Highly recommended as the place in Peterborough to go if you want to be treat like a person and not a number.

My partner and I did a couple's float for Valentine's Day. we very much enjoyed the float and the customer service provided by the lady who was working the front desk when we arrived. She explained to us how things work with an inviting and welcoming vibe. The only thing I could recommend is maybe having a station with a hair dryer as the other spa that offers Floats that I've been to in Peterborough had a station with hair dryers. My partner and I do not drive so we left with cold hair to catch the bus. Other than that, we had a lovely experience and would come back again!

Great for so many reasons. Fairly new to floating but as an athlete and a trainer i can really appreciate the recovery benefits and it’s now a regular supplement to my massage- 1 hour float and my body thanks me. Also great for the mind and relaxation- I’m awful at shutting down my brain but this does the trick. RJ is great- always helpful and accommodating. Recommend 100%

RJ and his staff have done a wonderful job of maintaining a very clean and serene space for soul rejuvenation. I had huge doubts about trying a float session. I'm claustrophobic and I have a huge fear of water. RJ was very supportive and encouraging. I used the cabin style float tank and it was an amazing experience. I've been going since they opened and it is worth every penny! I highly recommend this experience for anyone with chronic pain. Great meditation time as well.

Went for my first float last week, i had never even heard of this before until RJ the owner approached me. I absolutely fell in love with the whole process, from the beginning of scheduling an appointment, to arrive on site with the amazing helpful staff, the FLOAT was the best part, and then RJ following up with me after to see how it went. The facility and the units are so clean, RJ and is staff are the examples of "WOW" customer service providers and they have not only risen but surpassed all challenges COVID has provide to make you feel safe and comfortable while continuing to receive services here. As someone who does not like their feet being touched I reluctantly went for a reflexology message with Heather and I have to admit she was terrific! I felt comfortable, relaxed and had no issues with her touching my feet. She used the perfect amount of pressure and continued to check in on how I was doing.
