Unfortunately My experience with the Bio gel product was not successful. My nails where damaged. That’s why I decided to try the Spa! Good reviews on the product! The gel started to lift the second week! I wasn’t sure if it’s because of the condition of my nails! The second time around it stayed on nicely for 4 weeks! I was very pleased. After the third visit once again the second week in started to lift again. Needles to say I’m Disappointed! It’s an expensive manicure and product! The Spa is lovely !

In need of a spa service? Look no further! Without a doubt is fully equipped and qualified to offer you the finest services. All the estheticians are professional and well trained. It is mandatory for the girls here to continue their education by attending a course or a seminar quarterly in order to keep up to date with the ever growing ever changing beauty industry. They only use and supply top of the line products that are hand picked and tested by the owner Rachel. Love love love the sugaring and they are known to be the eye brow gurus! For all of us that have horror stories rest assured that anyone of these girls can go above and beyond your highest expectations.

Only reason I'm rating 5 stars is because it won't let me rate any higher. Firstly, the staff there went out of their way to make my EXTREMELY short notice booking work. Secondly, I've never really been the spa type before, and I was completely new to the concept of sugaring. The staff was very well informed, and explained the process to me as we went along. They made sure I'd know what to expect from my next visit, and recommended the appropriate home care I should employ between visits. Needless to say, I'm waiting with baited breath for my next appointment!

I should have asked prices first, overpriced eyebrow shaping and tint. The ambience included loud radio instead of relaxing music. I had to point out that my eyebrows werent tinted evenly and no aftercare advice. I wont be recommending or returning.

Went for a facial, their fountain was leaking in the room and lead to my clothes having wet spots on them. They offered me a hand towel, and then proceeded to try and sell me products as I stood in my partially wet clothes waiting to pay. Using a hair dryer or an alternative solution to dry my clothes instead of expecting me to resolve the issue myself with a small hand towel would have been a bit more reasonable. Did not feel I got the experience I went in for, and am disappointed that there has been zero attempt to follow up.

I have consistently left feeling relaxed, happy & satisfied with the quality of service whether I’ve been taken care of by Rachael (owner) or by one of her staff. On the very, very rare occasion that I even hint at not being satisfied, the team is quick to address and fix the problem. I do my own research on products they carry & I ask a lot of questions regarding the products (all high quality). I continually receive honest answers rather than a “sales pitch”. I am never made to feel bad about not purchasing a product, even after trying a sample. Even though the business has grown quite a bit since I started coming here, neither the personalized care nor the high standards have ever been compromised. The atmosphere is still friendly (especially with Sharleen out front) & customer-focused. It is evident that everyone cares that every client leaves happy and that is indicative of the hiring standards and the ongoing training provided.
