I had an electrolysis treatment. Wanda was a fine technician. She was professional and diligent. She did not waste time or make me uncomfortable by being overly chatty. She worked efficiently (for example I have been to other studios where they say "we will just put the setting in the lowest so you are comfortable" and then you can tell they are just plucking the hairs out, or wasting time by treating hairs that don't need to be treated, and then they say "you have to come every four weeks"...she did not do this!) She treated the hairs as needed, and got the treatment done in the time I had budgeted for. She was honest about how many treatments I would need. I will be returning to her for future work, and would recommend.

Although I got an appointment with short notice ( good news, as I was leaving within days for a tropical vacation, & bikini wax, mani and pedi were required). The wax job was crooked and when I pointed it out she seemed perturbed that I had said something. The pedicure ( gel) was just plain weird, as I say to soak my feet in a home style foot bath, then was laying down for the trimming/ filing etc, but had to sit up again and twist around to put my foot awkwardly into the machine to set the gel. The manicure was only a slight file/ shaping and regular polish, but I got charged for a full deluxe mani, and the equipment wasn’t sterile nor new... I felt ripped off- Under serviced and way over charged. Will not return nor recommend.

Excellent pedicure and manicure as always. Service is highly professional and a place is spotless. Wanda is knowledgeable in proper service and maintains high standard of cleanliness. She pays attention to details . I go to her place on regular basis over a year and never was disappointed. Her facials make big positive difference on my skin. Tone, level of moisture, firmness on my skin greatly improved. I especially enjoy her facial massages. Also her removal by waxing and electrolysis is very good quality. I likes this business and highly recommend her services to every person.

Was a bit unsure about calling Wanda as there is not much in terms of reviews or information, however, I decided to go ahead with booking a facial and she got me in the same day. In the past I have spent quite a bit going to spa treatments and buying suggested products to deal with my problem skin, however, never got the results. Wanda is more affordable and knowledgable, she spent more time on dealing with my skin, over two hours. Her treatment included more than most provide such as thorough extractions, high frequency treatment, and enzyme peel. Also, she didn't try to pressure me into buying any product but suggested affordable options I could purchase from the store. I will definitely be booking again and am looking forward to finally having acne free skin.
