I had an amazing experience with Dr. Marcy Craddock, she does amazing work at this skin clinic! My Botox and Filler appointment went really well and the customer service was great from beginning to end. I highly recommend this clinic for all laser, botox, filler, and aesthetic treatments. The Zo Skin Health line that they have has been working well for my skin. 10/10 experience!

So delighted with the services I have received at South Okanagan Laser and Skin Centre. The results from my Botox injections with Dr. Craddock were the best I have experienced in the last 20 years (and that’s a lot of Botox!) I won’t see the results from my first Endymed Intensif treatment with Nicky for a few days as I just had the treatment, but she was professional, so kind and answered all my questions thoughtfully. Their Penticton office is modern and bright and Fay is so welcoming. The entire team has found that sweet spot combining professionalism and warmth. Thank you!
