Nice place and the employees are sweet, but the prices are a bit extreme. $179 + tax for deluxe mani/pedi shellac, $29 + tax to remove bits of shellac from 5 fingers with an emery board, no acetone or product used... Not worth it. The prices at Toronto's Four Seasons hotel spa aren't even this high. My bill, $218.40 + tip, put a small dent in what was otherwise a lovely afternoon with my girlfriends.

Because of the size of the wedding party and the ladies didn’t want to make a fuss nothing was said however the job done on the nails was expensive and unacceptable. For the price the nails should have been immaculate and flawless, but they are uneven and sloppy plus colour selection was limited. Unprofessional, over priced, not worth it. Avoid this place

Coming to Penticton/OK Falls for a getaway was a fun idea. I wanted to pamper myself so l went to this day spa. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful,Alisha gave me a great facial. The massage was relaxing but it had hurt on some parts of my back. Jenna was fantastic. The manicure/pedicure was lovely.The products were amazing too. l would highly recommend this spa if you want to treat yourself while on a getaway to Penticton BC.

It's bikini season!- a good time to treat your body to a Body Wrap. I can't say it enough- Wraps are really under rated. You get exfoliation/body scrub, wrap and massage all in one treatment. If you have never tried a Body Wrap at Melt Day Spa you don't know what you are missing... It is always a wonderful experience to go to Melt Mineral Spa! Treat yourself today you deserve it!

What more can I say about Melt, so much care and attention is put into your relaxation there that you can't help but feel special. I went in for a facial and was so excited when I found out Bethany was providing my service today! She is so sweet and authentic! She took the time to address all of my skin concerns. She explained every product that she was using step by step and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. The facial with the massage made our skin wonderful. And, afterwards, we had bubbly and charcuterie which was the cherry on top ♡ 10/10 100% would reccomend and will be returning. A totally relaxed atmosphere. Colours and music are soothing. My husband and I felt relaxed even in the waiting room. My favourite place to relax. The staff is great although I try to get Jenna for every service I have done. She does amazing nails and is a perfectionist which I love!! I'm terrible at making appointments in advance but she always squeezes me in somewhere..... Even on her days off. Love this place!

Very nice hot stone massage. I appreciated the little touches like going barefoot to reduce noise while walking and elevating the massage bed for extra comfort. The only thing I didn't like was the face brush they used in the mini facial. It felt like a hard wire brush and was not comforting at all. Other than that the attention to detail at making their guests feel welcome and comfortable was very good.

I had a great pedicure with Randee. I am currently on chemo and she was very conscientious about being careful with exfoliation and trimming. My polish is flawless as it was the first time Randee was my pedicurist. I intend to keep coming back!

Booked a honeymoon couples massage online. 5 days passes, no calls, no email. I assume the booking is fine but I call to confirm anyway. Turns out they were booked up, and didn't contact me to let me know. If you're going to book make sure you call, or you're going to show up disappointed.

Went for a total body meltdown a while back, the girls were nice but I thought the scrub could've been better. The facial is not recommended if you're claustrophobic at all however they're understanding and will offer other services instead. Nice day out

Beware! There are no registered massage therapists, you’re paying premium price for an esthetician's massage. This was not communicated to us. Our couples massage was very disappointing and the price for the service is outrageous.
