I went in not knowing what to expect, and walked out of Heiress Salon & Boutique feeling like a whole new woman! Aleesha was my stylist, and by the time my hair was done, I felt more like family. The atmosphere is cheerful, professional and friendly. My cut and colour was exactly what I asked for but looked way better than I expected. I highly recommend Heiress Salon...and Aleesha is amazing, I totally trusted her, and she came through for me like the champion she is! Very clean and professional salon. These ladies know their stuff, the atmosphere is that of a luxurious spa experience with laid back and friendly staff, you are in good hands. The lady at the desk was very polite and courteous, and my stylist was great. And don't forget the Aveda products!

Had my hair completely fried by another salon. Took me 4 months to find the courage to go in again. Thankfully I did and thankfully I got Ainsley. She’s new to town but not new to hair!! I have extremely thick long curly coarse hair. The damage was intense. While I had to lose some length she was able to cut around a lot of it to keep the illusion of my length. But it is her talent with colour and the time she took with me that is priceless. She saw the condition of my hair and she had a plan. A damn good one. Highly recommend this salon and highly recommend this talented new stylist in town.

I've always loved the beauty and feel of Heiress. I had to wait several months for my booking with Shawna but it was worth it! From start to finish my experience was fantastic. Started with an lovely relaxing head massage and hair wash, to a fresh cut that is styled and smelling great. She listened to my wishes for length of cut, added an idea to add texture, that I love! She was also full of advice when I asked for it. The passion for hair care is evident and her joy is contagious.

This was the most expensive worst haircut I’ve had in a while. The stylist Cassidy was lazy and didn’t ask enough questions, she didn’t cut my hair well, I’m now not able to do with it what I like to do and what I need to do for work because she again didn’t ask enough questions. she lazily pulled a brush through my hair while she blow dried it. She didn’t show me the back or ask me what I thought.

I have been going here for years. I have had good and bad experiences. I will not go back. The owner doesn't even acknowledge me when I say hi and the last few times I went there the stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I like that it is an Aveda Salon but that is it!

I had been trying for over a year to fix a bad hair color. I had been to 3 different senior stylists at expensive and reputable salons in Calgary during that time to get back to normal and remove the red and restore my blonde highlights. My friend who lives in penticton goes to heiress and she has amazing highlights and cut. For my birthday she surprised me with a visit to Christina as a present. It was the bes present I ever had. Christina listened to me and understood and completely fixed my hair color and gave me a beautiful hair cut. It is now 3 months later and both e highlights and cut are growing out beautifully. I am so thrilled and happy with Christina’s work and professionalism. I recommend her as highly as possible and commend the salon for recognizing and hiring such a great talent.
