Hands down the greatest salon I have been to in Ottawa. The staff are absolutely amazing and so professional! The atmosphere is so relaxing that I didn't want to leave. I came in to get my nails fixed after having them done at a different salon and they were so helpful in making sure they were perfect. Highly recommended this spa for anyone and for everything. Do yourself a favour and check this place out!

I love going to the Ottawa Medi-Spa Westboro location. The ladies are very professional and knowledgeable and always make sure i'm comfortable during my services. I attended a live demo on their Coolsculpting procedure which was quite interesting. It was nice to have the opportunity to watch the full service take place before making my decision. They also have this organic skin care line called Eminence which I've been using for the last year and a half - the results are impressive. They also have a plastic surgeon who does all their medical services. He's very good and I feel confident that I'm in good hands. Would definitely recommend this spa.

I had decided to try westboro MediSpa to get my eye brows tinted. I explained my uneasiness with it and the girl who did them was questioning herself, didn’t know what colour to use, and rushed through it. I had asked about shaping and was told I didn’t need it. The next day they were so terrible and basically nonexistent. I called and explained I lived closer to another medi spa, she informed me they would not fix my brows but I could call and see. She was extremely rude, I chose to go to the Orléans Medispa and it was the best decision I could have made!!! So much friendlier, more professional and took the time needed to tint and shape my brows. It’s 100% worth the drive to go to Orléans location over this one !!

This was my first visit to Ottawa Medispa Westboro for a full leg and bikini wax. The salon was very clean and tidy. My esthetician was very kind and professional (I can tell you that stripping down to my undies is not comfortable to me but I felt fine doing this here). At the cash, I did get overcharged even though I had been quoted a lesser price. I contacted the salon and spoke to Jenna who quickly sorted everything out and was very kind over the phone. I would recommend this spa and am enjoying my hairless legs!

Please do not get lash extensions from this business. I recently had a full set put on by Jenna (after a short break - had lash extensions for 4 years). I had to have them immediately removed by another technician from somewhere else (two days later) as they were just a bunch of chunks of glue and plastic looking lashes. They were so heavy on my eye lids, they just hung down low (not able to curl above my eye level). A full set should have taken her approx two hours to complete...she took 40 mins! Now I know why. Will not return!

Was in around lunch time today inquiring about botox. Had written an email yesterday with no response. Receptionist had no idea on pricing and was very unproffessional and un educated. We waited around 5 minutes for the manager which was the only staff that new about it but we walked out. Receptionist just said bye, not even stopping us. They just lost $500 from us.

I thought I’d try this place just to do my nails quickly. However I wouldn’t recommend it for nails. The staff are nice but it’s very expensive for what you get. I got charged for a manicure shellac even though I didn’t get a manicure. I paid $40 just to get my nails painted and since they are not focused on nails, they don’t do a very good job either. They also take a very long time - 45mins just to put shellac on my hands and I was the only client at the time. I definitely won’t be going back, since most places charge $20-$30 if you’re just doing shellac without a manicure plus there are better places in the area.

Very disappointed with the service here. Although the workers were nice, it definitely was not worthy of my money. I got a mani pedi done with a couple of friends there for my birthday and it was an experience I definitely wouldn't want to waste my time on in the future. My mani pedi took around 5-10 minutes and that was very surprising compared to other places who actually take the time to moisturize and and massage your feet and hands. I was disappointed with the fact that they did't even wash my feet when doing the pedicure and just went ahead and painted. The environment was very tight and not very inviting, it kind of felt like a doctors office. If I could I would take the amount of money I spent on our outing back in a heartbeat. It was a lot of money for nothing! Honestly something we could have done at home, nothing special. Don't think I'll be going back. If your looking for a nice and relaxing place to have a mani pedi I would suggest nice one nails as they do an excellent job!

Need eyebrows? Want to LOVE your new eyebrows? You need to visit Richard at the Westboro location. I needed something but extremely nervous until I met Richard. He took time to explain everything to me, showed me pictures of his work and answered all my questions. He is passionate about what he does and you are always included at every step. I LOVE my brows and am constantly receiving compliments. Thank you Richard!
