Had my first Cryotherapy treatment here at Luxii! Victoria, Kyffin, and Lindsay were all absolute beauties who made me feel right at home even under the stressors of being under -130 degrees. All beyond friendly and deeply knowledgeable on the nuisances on the benefits of each treatment. Venue is extremely clean, you can tell there has meticulous measures put in place around cleaning - especially during COVID measures, felt extremely comfortable being in the spa at this time. Looking forward to going to more sessions, trying out their compression therapy, and sensory deprivation tank once the COVID measures lift! If you're on the cusp of booking, 100% get in there - their online booking makes it extremely easy, or call / Instagram as well. Your body will love you for it!

From a client with significant back pain, their massage therapist and cryotherapy chamber, I have been able to reduce pain and inflammation which has given me a better quality life. I had the opportunity to go to Luxii with some girlfriends and it was a wonderful experience. Great location and lots of nearby parking available. The team is very welcoming and the establishment itself has great natural light and it's clean. A group of us tried Cryotherapy and Compression therapy for the first time and I can honestly say I would do it again. The staff provided me with lots of knowledge on the benefits of this therapy, in addition, explained exactly how the machine works prior to trying it out. Throughout the whole process they vocalized each step to make me feel as comfortable as possible and ensured to continuously check with me to see if I was okay. It is extremely clear that safety and trust is one of their main priorities. Based on that the trust in that experience alone, I would definitely go back to explore their other services.

I decided to try cryotherapy with Luxii and I was not disappointed!, I worked with Lindsay and she walked me through the whole procedure (it was cold!, but I felt great!!) followed by some compression therepy. You basically look like the Michelin man, the air swells up and down massaging your legs and arms. My body felt amazing afterwards and I will definitely be back and include this as a recovery aide.

Luxii hosted our inner circle for an evening and WOW was it ever so relaxing ???? It was the perfect evening where we tried the cryo therapy machine, and the compression boots. THIS IS WHERE THE STORY GETS REAL GOOD: So, I’ve been struggling with a shoulder bursitis for over two and a half years now... and I was BLOWN AWAY when I had NO PAIN for the first time in a long time upon waking up the next day. Now, I had no expectations of this and thought it would take a few treatments to get results, but I got results right away! It’s been 5 days of high stress working since my treatment and I am still pain free! Also wanted to touch base on their facilities: - they’re located in Westboro and there’s LOTS of free parking around. There was a good amount right in front, but if anything I know there’s also a large city free parking lot on Kirkwood past Richmond (North) and it always has spots available. - it’s easily accessible by bus, with a stop at the corner and westboro station a short walk away. - the place itself is so clean, well maintained and really cozy and welcoming. It’s a place you trust, specially when miss rona is around. - it’s easy to book, I found all their services and links readily available on their Instagram. If you’ve stayed reading my review for this long: JUST BOOK. Thank me later ???? I’ve booked a massage and potential acupuncture with them next week and will update my review ... stay tuned! Update: I’ve been seeing Darcy, the massage therapist, and Dr Khoury, the chiropractor. As a team and along with the cryo therapy I’m certain to be on the way to full record and am excited to get back into sports sooner rather than later!

I received a massage from the therapist Darcy, and on top of the excellent massage, he gave me a book to read that will help me fulfill success in certain habits I am struggling with. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff, and everything from booking to cancelling appointments went smoothly thanks to a very kind lady at the front desk. I’ve gotten multiple massages here with Darcy, and I cannot recommend him enough! I came with neck pain from working from home and shoulder issues from weightlifting injuries, and he was able to help me with both. He has an amazing ability to feel exactly where your issues are. Before coming to Luxii, I used to do laser hair removal in another clinic. It used to be so painful and my skin was reacting very bad to the treatment. In addition, I didn’t see results even though I did 10 sessions +. When I saw that Luxii had a painless laser hair removal machine I said I’d give it a chance. I was so surprised about how really painless it is ! I started having amazing results after 2 or 3 sessions and I couldn’t be happier ! I have also been going to luxii for Chiropractic services. Dr khoury is very professional and he listens very carefully to your needs. Customer service is amazing. They always try to accommodate my appointments and they are very welcoming. Luxii is an excellent alternative to a spa day! Your appointment begins by walking into a beautiful, fresh and clean facility. You are then met by friendly and kind staff. I had cryotherapy done. This treatment was honestly life-changing! I was super worried because I don't handle cold, but the staff were very supportive and calming. They talked me through the whole process. Next was compression therapy! For any athlete, this is such a good muscle recovery treatment. After my visit, a lot of my muscle soreness was relieved, and my mood was insanely lifted! I've also been sleeping so well. Will be making it back for monthly visits because I am now a firm believer that everyone should give cryo a go.

Went in for my first time and I can not be more content then how I felt after! What an amazing experience. As a full time athlete who lifts weight everyday, the cryotherapy was much needed! followed by the normatec compression! probably one of the best recovery days Ive had in a long time. Always heard about all of this online through friends and big time athletes but you cant judge it until you experience it yourself. Honestly have to say I had the best sleep and workout the following days! I dont know if i was more impressed by the therapy or the amazing sweet and kind staff who made it that much more comfortable and enjoyable for me. Thank you! I will be back!
