This is a true mind,body and soul spa. I had both a hair experience and a facial experience. Well worth the money. My shampoo and blow drybstarted with an aromatic oil head massage. My facial started with a foot bath and scrub. Both esticians took this time to get to know me. I will make this my go shop when i am in Ottawa. Highly recommend this spa!

But I was also tired of doing nothing with it, and yet too afraid to cut it. So I got a consult here, booked an appointment. And honestly... I wish I had done this sooner. In the end, we chopped off all the hair I was scared to let go of for years, and I look awesome! It's not just the cut, it was the pampering, the atmosphere, everything. There's a reason why these ladies get 5 stars. I am moving far away but definitely would come back here for my hair for sure!

Excellent, wonderful experience getting highlights and a cut here. Although Erica did not carry the line of colour I normally get done, she was able to mix up something very similar and I ended up loving it (possibly even more than my original colour!). Erica is down to earth and clearly an excellent business woman. Just a lovely experience through and through!

Love this salon! Been getting my hair cut here for a couple of years. Renata is my hairdresser and always does an amazing job. I recently went from very long hair to an above shoulder bob and it is the best haircut I think I’ve ever had. It’s the first haircut that I can wash n’ go with. It also still looks great a day or so after styling. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed haircuts, pedicures, manicures and a few facials at Aurora and have always been thrilled with the warm welcome, the treatment itself and the results. On my most recent visit my pedicure with Josee was absolute heaven - as always - and she made the timing work to fit in a trim for my bangs with Victoria. Then she introduced me to the wonders of having my brows tinted. Almost non-existent eyebrows have been replaced with no fuss, no muss - and very natural looking - brows. Thank you, Josee!!

Came here to get a new hair style and a wax.. previous salon used strip wax for a delicate area and I unfortunately had a painful swollen result.. this salon uses the appropriate wax and their water josee was incredibly friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable.. Stephanie cut a huge amount of my hair off and I couldn't be happier. I have an attachment to my hair and she made me feel comfortable and confident about the change I made... Josee also went out to grab non dairy creamer for my coffee..which speaks volumes to their customer service. Can't wait to come back!

This is an aveda spa. That means high quality products with a heavier price tag. My haircuts are expensive and I gladly pay it every time because my hair looks amazing for months after every trip. I recently had such a wonderful experience at this salon and spa! So much so that I really wanted to leave a review right after I left. I had booked a cut & colour appointment with Erica and loved every second of it. I was also lucky enough to book last minute and have the March manicure promotion available. They were able to book me in closer to closing time which was very kind of them! I was so appreciative of everything they had treated me to. Erica made me feel at ease immediately upon entering (the space is super inviting and well decorated by the way!) She was very pleasant to talk to and genuinely cared about what my hair needed. I hadn't dyed my hair in years and only had a vague idea of what I wanted, but Erica really turned it into something gorgeous and lively. I also had the opportunity of meeting their wonderful Esthetician. I know I'm going to misspell her name but I think it was Josee...(Sorry Josee!) She was incredibly kind and made my first manicure very relaxing. She was also very easy to make conversation with and made the spa space feel secure and calm :) I had received many compliments on both my hair and nails during the days following. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience and will certainly visit again any time I need my hair done or just want a relaxing experience! Also, ensure you bring cash with you as tips are done this way and you're guaranteed to love the outcome. Thank you again for the comfortable and relaxing evening - I can't wait to be back!
