Called and booked a facial this morning for 9 am and took the morning off work, told the girl on the phone I wanted it for February 21st multiple times and showed up today and apparently it was booked a month away not today. Very disappointed.

Loved it all BUT I was pretty chilly in my room, I had a guest with me and she was chilly as well...I would just recommend keeping the rooms/beds warmer.

Don't expect a proper massage with a one hour facial. They are happy to take your money but not to make amends for rubbing the same spot on your chest over and over again.

I had the bestest experience at Au Naturel Spa. Maya was soo friendly and understanding. She asked me where I want her to focus more and they made sure to cover those area. I had a great experience. will definitely go there again. Also close to my workplace. Also Also, I didn't know before but was told by the staffs that on your day of the visit, you get complimentary hot tub, swimming pool, shower or gym access.

I have had 5 massages from Au Naturel Spa, Krista is the best till now. She has amazing knowledge and that makes a huge difference, with Krista I went with hot-stone and had a great experience. I would very highly recommend her. I have had another experience with someone else at the same location; where I had to suffer through sever back pain though. Thanks for the service

Worst Massage - First time at Au Natural Spa. The massage therapist did not listen to what I wanted. Told the receptionist who clearly did not care about my feedback / comments. Would not recommend this spa to anyone! This was my first and last time to Au Natural Spa. It would appear I am not the only one giving this spa one star. It took 6 days for the manager to get back to me and informed me they take these complaints seriously. 6 days to me as not someone who takes their complaints serious. The manager apologized and that was it.

One of the best luxury spas in Ottawa . Amazing services and treatments. The spa is extremely clean and the added Covid safety protocols make it a very comfortable experience. There is spa robes and slippers available for most services and a relaxing waiting area separate from the front desk when you walk in . The changing rooms have large digital lockers , showers and a saunas. Prior to Covid you would also get access to the adjacent hotel gym , whirlpools and indoor / outdoor pools and I was also able to order light lunch / drinks at the spa ( hoping this returns ) . There is also a Starbucks licensed cafe on the bottom floor where you can grab a drink before your service. In terms of services the spa pedicure and facials are amazing and massages Nick and Samantha are great. Jackie has also been amazing throughout the years for all other services . Definitely recommend booking services here if you’re in Kanata .

Excellent service as usual. My only issue were the couple having an argument in the relaxation lounge. They didn't seem to care that others did not want to hear their loud voices or dirty laundry!

I have never had a bad experience at this spa, everyone of the massuses are well trained and each have their own unique style. Since covid we used to have several additional promos with our massages. We were able to have a couple session massage, complementary drinks, gym, sauna, pool ..& actual change room to change yourself with an mirror might I add Same price I find that insulting and extremely insulting for tbe money spent

The price was way too expensive for the service we got. We were to have a glass of wine which we didn't, we felt they were rushed with our group, no spa music and my friend did not have her spa robe provided to her because they forgot. I wil l not go back. Dissapointed

We got a couple's massage and it was absolutely fabulous! Just what we needed. And we can claim it with our insurance. Getting massages also gave us access to the pools, hot tubs and saunas. What an amazing time.

Used to have free lotion on the change room but now they provide none. It's still a great place to have a day spa! Free access to the fitness gym, swimming pool, saunas ????

She took good care of me and it was a nice spa day for me. Will come back, it was a nice spa to be at. Felt safe as well during COVID.

Had the most amazing, relaxing pedicure with Erika. The leg and foot massage was heavenly! Love that they carry Comfort Zone products which I had originally tried in a visit to Italy. Everything was very clean and I felt safe.

Very disappointed. I received a gift certificate for several services at Brookstreet Spa. I wanted to use the certificate to treat myself and a friend to pedicures. When I booked the apptmts, I was told that I could not purchase pedicures and that if I did I would lose the balance of what my friends had paid for the certificate. I was willing to pay the full price for the pedis-just wanted a credit for the balance. Brookstreet had no problem collecting the money for the gift - my friends understood differently- I believe they may have been mislead. I was so disappointed- what was meant to be a positive experience turned into a let down.

It's was my grandmothers birthday and we called in too let staff know we were lost. Your staff had said we could still have ten minutes and we were not rescheduled. And we had to argue just so we wouldn't have to pay full price. When are time was vary much wasted and the staff made us feel vary below them. Again we were told on the phone that we had been rescheduled though when we got there staff pretended otherwise. They also said that it was in the email that we should arrive 15 minutes early. Well no one said that over the phone and no one bothers for email in family because it is not convenient enough as a phone. Though I will say I'm glad we weren't charged I guess.

Bad experience. The girl who did my massage didn't know how to relax muscles at all. All she did was sqish them and she didn't use her fingers at all - all elbows and arms and knuckles. The Spa should have more professional staff. Not recommended.

I had an amazing massage with masseur, Nick. He has magical hands which worked wonders on tight fascia, causing tightness and pain. I would highly recommend Nick as an RMT. The ambiance was comforting, calming and relaxing. Looking forward to my next session. Massages are great for muscle pain and tight fascia.
