Great spa! Very clean, organized and professional. I have had a series of chemical peels done, as well as a complete facial. Every time I leave the spa, my skin feels so new and vibrant! The owner of the spa is very accommodating and takes her time to explain each step of the process. I would highly recommend this spa if you want to feel like you deserve something special! I have been to On The Spot Beauty Bar on several occasions for different services and have always been very satisfied. Naomi is welcoming and accommidating, the location is clean and sophisticated and every service/product provided to me was explained in detail by Naomi. On one occassion, I was explaining to Naomi about a service I was displeased with by another spa, she looked over what my complaint was and immiately fixed the issue. My latest trip to the spa was for a spray tan and by far was the best one I have ever received(hands down). No orang'ing, no spots and no uneven colour. Both Naomi and Renee have very welcoming personalaties and are very informative on the services they provided. I am overly pleased with On The Spot Beauty Bar and will continue to use this location because of outstanding service Naomi provides.

This being my first time getting any kind of facial done, it was definitely a wonderful experience. I came in a couple of times to get a Glycolic Peel done by Naomi. She always makes sure I am comfortable and explains everything she is putting on my skin which I appreciate as I am already hesitant about using new products and don't know too much about Glycolic peels. She is very knowledgeable and professional in terms of her work! I definitely recommend her for anyone that is interested but also don't want to spend unreasonably high amounts of money.

I just can't say enough about Naomi. Poor girl I had to keep going back to her NOT B/C OF ANYTHING SHE DID, its b/c the pigment wasn't taking b/c I've had so much work done on my brows in the past. Naomi was so accommodating in helping me achieve the best brow and didn't seem bothered every time my name would show up on her phone for yet another touch up. She does an excellent job and when it comes to measuring the brow u can tell Naomi will not stand for imperfection. I really appreciate all her work in getting me on the "pretty brow" track. I wanted to share my experience with On The Spot Beauty Bar. I made the best decision to call Naomi and make an appointment with her to talk about my skin. I've been putting this off for years, using overpriced drugstore products praying they would work but guess what? THEY DIDN'T!! I visited On The Spot Beauty Bar and Naomi suggested I do the PQ AGE Treatment, And also purchased the after care kit and I LOVE IT!! Although it will take time to heal my skin from all the years of sun damage and acne scars, I am very pleased with the PQ AGE treatment I had done. Thank you Naomi????

Amazing, I had gotten a spray tan back before Christmas being 7 months pregnant. The tan did not take due to my hormones. Naomi was FANTASTIC always contacted me to come in and try a different one. I just received my tan last night and it’s amazing my hands and feet are NOT blotchy and it’s so even all over my body. I will continue to go to On the spot beauty bar for my spray tans! amazing . She explained everything to me, let me ask a load of questions and made the whole experience really comfortable for me. I went to see Naomi this week for a microdermabrasion and I LOVE the results! The moment I walked into her beauty bar I felt welcomed and at ease. Her waiting area is relaxing and inviting. The room where she does most of her treatments is also tastefully decorated and super clean! Naomi explained the steps she was taking during the procedure. I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. My skin is noticeably clearer and hydrated. Her after care service is great too! She even checked in to see how my skin was doing. I will definitely be going again very soon. I would highly recommend this beauty bar to anyone looking for beauty services at a reasonable price.

I love going to On The Spot Beauty Bar as the parking is great, along with the hospitality, and especially Naomi who does a great job! I had my eyebrows done with the very new technique "Ombre" brows and I have to say I was worried at first, but after one week, it looks fabulous, as I asked for them to be bigger which Naomi was able to achieve, and they have that very soft look about them, almost powdery, I'm in love with them! Naomi is always keeping up with the most recent techniques and I like that and appreciate someone who knows what they are doing. Thanks again Naomi, see you soon!

I had a wonderfully relaxing time at On The Spot when I recently visited for a facial and eyebrow shaping. The spa's safety measures for COVID were fantastic. Naomi talked me through all of the spa's procedures for cleaning and sanitization and made sure I was completely comfortable. She ensured all of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. I was initially curious about how in-depth a facial could be with COVID restrictions requiring a mask to be kept on. At On the Spot, a smaller, custom fit medical mask is used (and secured in place with medical grade tape). This smaller mask ensures that the nose and mouth are still covered, but the rest of the face (forehead, cheeks, jawline, neck) remains exposed. All things considered, wearing the small mask during the procedure made little to no difference (to a standard non-masked facial), and I will definitely be returning to On The Spot.

Hello, I never leave reviews but feel that I need to advise others on my unfortunate event. I was in your salon a couple of weeks ago for a facial and extraction. Since then on both sides of my nose (where you've applied the most painful and uncomfortable pressure ) is still very red, irritated, scabbed and swollen. It appears I have severe skin damage and scarring from your extraction procedure and I'm mortified. I'm in touch with a Cosmetic Surgeon, Medical Director, Dermatologist and a Medical Aesthetician to see what my options are to help with the scarring. Moving forward you might like to reconsider performing extractions on anybody else in the near future. I do not want anyone else to suffer like I am. I have also emailed the owner on my experience and waiting for a response. On a positive note ,the place is tidy the owner is nice but a bit intimidating. Niaomi I was at your spa and you performed the facial and extractions yourself. Please be honest and take ownership! How dare you automatically deny that I wasn't a client of yours if You never once asked me for my name or the day and time I was in?? I have my receipt and the appointment confirmation email as proof! How sickening, SHAME ON YOU!! I will be reporting you and your business to the BBBC. Please people if your considering this place PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!! She will butcher you and deny doing it.
