I got a Christmas gift certificate and decided to use it here for a pedicure. After my pedicure I was sitting in the foyer to dry my polish. I was wearing the slippers they provided, they quickly came to take them off my feet. Not leaving me enough time to dry the polish. As if I'm going to steal they're stinky slippers. They were rude to me, also speaking in Italian loudly to each other and another customer. I had a gift certificate, they acted like as if they gave it to me for free. The employee upstairs who did my pedicure was kind and friendly only reason they got a 2 star.

Shalon is amazing! I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary and I wasn't sure what package to purchase but Shalon walked me through all the options and made me feel extraordinary, comfortable and more importantly happy about my decision. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!!!!!

I booked with them for my wedding thinking that they were a good option and really close to my house. However, after doing research and after booking I found out they won't come to me for my wedding I have to go to them. Not to mention following my research I realized how truly over priced they are especially for how little you get. Plus, I had no choice but to crunch numbers the weeks leading up to my wedding so I called with over 6 weeks notice and they refuse to give me my deposit back due to "high demand" for that day, (a Friday morning?) I thought that was quite inconsiderate considering how much notice I gave them, and considering the size of the deposit, so I won't ever be returning there nor recommending.

I've known Rose for over 15 years. She is a talented stylist and amazing person. Labelle seems like a great business that has been a part of Oshawa for a long time. The passion and skill shown by the staff here are as good as it gets.

I went in thinking I needled a full head of highlights but instead shalom told me honestly that I only needed just a good toner and treatment and I feel like a million bucks ! I recommend this place very much ! From.beggining to end such a lovely experience !!!

Lisa and Cathy, the owners and working employees of their business, Labelle Salon, are the most professional, respectful, honest, and compassionate people. They run their business with pride, which shows in every aspect of their endless hard work. They deserve recognition for their honourable and successful business they have grown. I have been a client for 27 years and have never had a single issue. They have always worked hard to fulfill any requirements. I can 100% recommend their services to anyone of any age. I wish them all the best towards the future of their successful establishment.

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. Staff is friendly and welcoming and very experienced. My last experience was a big surprise. I had my hair done about a week ago and i choose the colour which after a couple of days i decided i wanted it changed . i booked another appointment to change the colour and my stylist Laurie welcomed me and did my hair again changed the colour and styled it and would not accept payment. Now that is what i call great service. Thank you Laurie for your expertise and special service I really will recommend this salon to everyone i know.

I'm not sure where to start here. The women who did my hair was very kind. However, I'm not sure she knew what she as doing. I visited last year , and she had cut my hair uneven, and it wasn't noticeable until it grew out. That was okay because it happens sometimes and that an easy fix. I wasn't charged for the trim when i was there last week having it fixed. I decided i wanted to go from dark brown to light brown. She started on my roots with bleach. And then moved onto the rest of my hair. I had complained during the process that my head was burning, it was burning so bad my eyes were watering. I voiced this, she said it was normal, and put some vaseline on my head. That seemed to help ever so slightly. I had the bleach in my hair for about 50 mins. And slowly the burning sensation began to go away (i later found out it was because my scalp was numb). Once it was washed out i had immediate relief. She began to blow dry and style my hair. I noticed my roots were lighter than i had wanted but it still looked nice. I walked out of there loving my hair and really excited for change (wonder why i didn't notice in the salon? it was very poorly lit). It wasn't until i got home i noticed my hair was tri colour. My roots were bright orange, the middle of my hair was dark brown and my ends were blonde. I was so upset, not to mention I noticed the red ring around my hair line. I called at least 8 salons in Oshawa begging and crying for someone to fix my hair. I was so embarrassed. Finally, i ended up in a salon who fixed my hair perfectly. They did not use bleach on my hair. I noticed the ring on my hair line got worse and was turning brown. I thought it was the brown dye was stuck to my head so i washed my hair. I wasn't dye, it was a chemical burn....ive always had really nice hair and i take really good care of it. My scalp was unbelievably dry, and had red blotches. My scalp was so itchy, but i couldn't scratch it because it hurt. Over the next few days, my hair became very flaky and i was picking scabs off my head. Once i noticed this, i contacted the salon, and needless to say there was nothing they would do, and the customer service from the manager was repulsive. The burn hasn't fully healed, but now my hair has beginning to fall out. My hairline is thinned and theres small bald spots. I can't express how upset i am about my hairloss. This was my first time having my entire head professionally coloured. I am so upset. That day i spent 8 hours and $300 in two different salons. Based on my experience i cannot recommend coming to this salon. If i could give it zero stars i would. The first picture was the day i had my hair done, and the second picture i took today.

I thought I had misplaced my gift certificate but I had the receipt and the date and their name stamped on it, plus they had it on their file. They told me they wouldn't honour my certificate unless I gave it to them with the 4 digit number. I seriously doubt they take down the information of the certificate but fail to record the 4 digit number. The manager was so snippy and unhelpful that I eventually just hung up on her before she got too wound up. Well, I found the certificate and went for my appointment. The place is old, the paint job isn't very nice, wasn't impressed. The masseuse, Petra was a gem, she did an amazing job, loved her! The peducure was by another girl, very nice too, but she put the polish on my toenails while there was still oil on them and the polish just peeled off in chunks within a few hours. I paid $160.00 for a 45 minute massage and a pedicure. A lot more than other spas in the Oshawa area. Overpriced, not impressed by the experience, won't be back and won't recommend it.

Great establishment! Everyone is super friendly. I went to get a Massage with the amazing Steven whom always knows how to get out my knots. Then while I waited for my mum, I decided to try to tone my pre bleached hair back to my regular colour without touching my over grown out roots (which were my natural colour of course). I am honestly stunned Mary just produced magic!! My hair is a perfect match, (which she had told me ahead of time she was going to just get it as close as possible) but what ever she did my hair looks so natural like I had never even dyed it in the first place. I highly recommend this place and will be exploring there other services!!!

Lisa and Cathy are pros at what they do. I go in and let them do what needs to be done and I am always happy with the results. They know their stuff. They know what looks good on a person as far as what best suits your face shape, head shape and complexion. Highly recommend them both for your hair and esthetics

I am so disappointed with this salon. I am a hairstylist who is creative, fun, and loving. I was so excited for my interview today with labelle at 530pm. I worked during the day making my own money and couldn't return their call but showed up for my interview that was stated for 530pm. I forgot my mask in a rush and walked up to the door and wasn't greeted very kindly. They told me that I had been contacted earlier and no call back also wasn't wearing a mask so they shut the door on my face. I was really upset and left because I had done everything to make the interview and I dont know what I had done to these people to be treated so unfair. Im super upset they wasted my time and gas. I called the salon to tell them I was upset and they were actually raising their voice with me. Scary salon and scary people. Before I even went to the interview she mentioned 2 people quit. Well I guess I know why now. DO NOT GO HERE! Also this is to your reply. I never entered the salon at all that is a lie. I stood outside and the door was opened by one of you and we had chatted within distance of eachother. You told me 530pm and I have my own responsibilities so I showed up for the time we agreed upon. How could you even know if I was the right fit if I never had interview? That doesn't make sense. The only possible reason would be because I didn't return your call earlier in the day to come in earlier even though you already mentioned 530pm. My life does not revolve around your time schedule when I dont even work for you yet. So in otherwords I did not sit around waiting for my phone to ring so now I lost on an opportunity for that reason solely. I think that is extremely unfair. Im sorry but I know who i am as a person. I am a loving caring kind individual who treats people with ultimate respect. You have shown me none here today. I will never forget this horrible experience.

After being in 5 of my freinds wedding parties, all of which we went to Labelle Salon & Spa for it was finally my turn. I couldn't have even considered going to another place. As was tradition with all the other weddings we in a few days before my wedding and have a group spa day. We all had manicures, pedicures and massages. The staff was so welcoming. They served us herbal teas and cookies. The day of the wedding we booked the wedding package that included breakfast. Again the staff was great. They made sure that everyone was fed and comfortable. Our hair and makeup was terrific. They even put a little makeup on the flower girls free of charge. The staff just makes you feel like old friends. We all received tons of compliments on our hair and makeup all night. Thank you Labelle for helping make our day perfect!!!!

Many thanks to Rose Nadon of Labelle Salon & Spa. I visited the salon yesterday to see if Rose could correct a very bad hi lite job performed by another local salon. She spent time with me in my decision on how she would correct the colour and did not rush me to make decisions. Rose did a wonderful job my hi lites are back to normal now and I was completely pleased with the results. My first time visiting Labelle's Salon and the staff all smiled and acknowledged me when I came in, even thought they did not know me prior. Many thanks. Joan

Wonderful spa/salon!!! Great staff! Amazing quality!!! Personally, I can’t name a better place to get an amazing look! You can get pampered from head to toe! The quality of service is fantastic! I have very thick unmanageable hair and walk out looking and feeling incredible! Lisa is amazing! I have the best new look every time and it’s been amazing for over 25 years! Cathy is fantastic! My entire wedding patty looked incredible and they pampered us snd made it an amazing start to a fantastic celebration! I would highly recommend!! Five stars!!!! Great!

My 6 year old son went to Labelle Salon to get a hairstyle. My wife had good experiences there over the eyars, and we needed more than a haircut. Somehow it got lost in translation the type of style we were after and he received something other than we were after. ( I called and made the appointment with someone other than the person who did the haircut took the call and instructions, then my wife ended up taking our son because i got busy and she wanted her haircut there too, she went with our three year old daughter as well - so she had her hands full). I called on Monday and while the call seemed abrupt, the stylist who took the call explained briefly they were very busy but coudld fit us in in about an hour...So i agreed. We arrived 5 minutes early and i met the stylist, she explained she wasn't made fully aware at the time of the cut, I asked her if there was something we could do to improve what we were concerned with and come closer to what he needs. She said she could oblige. and she did. at all times she was sensitive in front of our child so as not to make him feel self conscious, he smiled the whole time , liked his newer haircut and the experience. She turned his hair into something else in about 5 to ten minutes and I was impressed with that, saying that it will also grow in to what we were after, my son was impressed with the razor comb and other tools she used and asked and she explained it to him. I was so satisfied with the work she did I offered to pay and she refused. I thanked her and talked with her briefly letting her know that we would come again - After market service and standing behind their work and genuine care for customer satisfaction is getting rarer in this world but you can still find it at Labelle's Salon and Spa
