I've been going to this salon for a over a year now I've had excellent service and quality at this salon. Tia is excellent at her craft and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Service is efficient, but not rushed. I find the prices to be fair and no surprises and they keep their appointments when you make one, unlike other salons. If you are looking for creative designs, friendly and a welcoming atmosphere - LA Nails & Spa is the best Salon to go to. Thank you Tia & Nam you are the best.

Just came from here with a session with Tea after a recommendation from a friend. I’ve never had fake nails before but really wanted to get them done. Before I emailed the place from google and Nam replied and answered all my questions including what to ask for and pricing info. When I arrived the place was nice and clean. The staff friendly. When doing my tips at one point a light was off so it wasn’t perfect. I would have had no clue. But they took the time to do it again. I was extremely impressed and so excited about my new nails. I will be back for sure and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon in the Midtown Mall.

I love these guys. Customer service is A1 and the quality and craftmanship in their work is admirable. Their shellac colour variety is expansive as well. I had a busy month and i am three, almost four weeks overdue for my fill and i have no breakage and no sign even of wear and tear. As a mother of 6 little people i am always cooking and cleaning and running around so that is crazy! I will not go anywhere else. If you are looking for quality nails, friendly service and sound pricing check them out! ????

The new owners are so polite and extremely talented! If I were to recommend anyone to go anywhere for their nails, it would be to go to la nails! They have a huge assortment of nail colours, the do marble, cat eye and many more in style trend for nails! Their prices are very reasonable, and they offer many great services here. You need to check them out! I would recommend you book an appointment ahead of time because these guys are very popular and get busy on weekends.

Being a renovations contractor who likes to pamper himself after a couple weeks of hard work, it was a nice surprise to find this hidden gem of a nail salon in Oshawa. I really appreciated the customer service and patience received here.No crowding, just nice women who do a thorough job.I like that it is clean and the nail techs are knowledgeable and professional. I have sensetive cuticles (excessive biting) and they were very gentle and careful not to inflict pain when using the drill. Loved the outcome! Loved the service. I think this might be my go to nail salon despite living an hour away.

I’ve been to many salons but never have I been so pleased with my gel nails. Every time have been a wonderful experience. Tea and her team are so friendly, very welcoming. Prices are cheaper than most places in north OSHAWA. This is best Nail Salon is Oshawa by far! You have come and try them out.

What a fabulous pedicure!!! Professional, clean, excellent value, friendly service! They put sea salt on your legs for no additional cost, and a nice hot towel on your legs to finish, after a glorious leg and foot massage! The high end massage chairs, was icing on the cake to put you in full comfort and relaxation, soothing your aching muscles!! . My feet look awesome!! I Will definetey be coming back!!!

I had a bad experience at the place I was going to for more than a year and decided to try la nails with my daughter. Tia was amazing and the nail designs they offer are very unique and not a lot of Durham salons offer such a variety. My nail tech tia was friendly and sweet and she didn’t get mad when I made special requests. My daughter was also very happy. I’ve found my new nail salon! Highly recommend!

I had the best experience here! One of my best friends and I got our nails done here, they were so nice! They built rapport with me which was really nice considering every other place I’ve gone to generally ignores me. My nails look amazing and the price was on point. The two nail techs I had were so nice and amazing and they were very efficient. I also showed a photo of what I wanted and she made it even better than the original!

Haven't been to this salon in a few years and returned today and was very pleased. I tried a few other places to have my nails done and was always upset with the outcome but this salon does an amazing job. I am unsure of his name but a friendly man did my set today and he did a wonderful job, absolutely no complaints! Their prices are fair and their work is great.

Wow, no extra charges for the pedicure or manicure. Extra charges for shellac but I was ok with regular polish. Pedicure comes with sugar scrub, razor for the callus and a deep tissue oil massage. Massage for manicure too. Next time I’ll try the hot wax or paraffin Hana recommenced. Simply the best pedicure I’ve ever had.

Final edit: Really impressed me, made up for an earlier mishap and I came with 2 broken and one injured nail that the tech was super gentle with! Place is very clean and has a nice atmosphere.

Worst nail salon experience ive ever had. I've been getting my nails done for years and experienced it all but this salon was the worst. do not let the nearly 5 star rating deceive you as they will scold you for posting your true rating of the salon. The only reason i went here is because my usual nail tec was closed due to covid so i decided to try them out. all was well until i mentioned i didnt like how the person doing my nails was shaping them. I showed a picture of what i wanted and kindly explained what i wanted and how to remedy the situation. i was met with a grown man refusing to do what i as the customer asked saying they are fine. last time i checked the person paying for the nails should have a say in how they want them to look. After the ordeal with him and sweet lady came over and helped out in fixing my nails making them exactly how i wanted and asked for. had she been the only employee i encountered i surely wouldve given this place more then 1 star rating but it got worse. when i went to pay for my nails the male manager tried to gouge the price by telling me i had "long nails" when i had previously asked how much the nails were and he told me a lesser amount. on top of all of this he had the audacity to expect me not to ask for change back after i overpaid in cash! sure i would tip the lovely woman who fixed my nails but i'm sure she would see none of the money. Definitely lack customer service skills.

Had a bad experience getting a solar full set . The nail tech filed my nail bed down way too much that I'm now in extreme pain . My nails are burning and throbbing! This is the worst feeling when you have your own wedding coming up and wanted to have nice nails but now all I have is pain and regret!! Not to mention they always talk badly about certain customers in their own language... not very professional to be doing this! I don't want to feel uncomfortable for their mistakes . I am very disappointed as I never had problems before, I just feel like crying and having these removed.

Not overly impressed with the quality of work compared to the price. Shellac was uneven and was not filled in properly making them look grown out after a day or two. Pedicure was pretty good though.

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife Melissa, she goes to LA Nails quite frequently and always has a great experience. She usually gets Hanna who she really enjoys. Hanna is very friendly, professional and does great work. All the staff there is great! Since Covid, once the salon opened, they follow all safety measures and still ensure to provide the best service. My wife has been going to them for years and would highly recommend.
