I took my mom here for a mani/pedi before Christmas and initially we had a fantastic time. I upgraded with gel polish and my mom just had regular. We had our services done on the Friday and by the Monday I had no polish on 4 nails and she was missing polish on 3 nails. I called but they were closed so I had to go somewhere else and get my nails fixed as I was leaving on the Tuesday. I was expecting someone to call me but no one did, I guess they just get your money and dont care about their customers.

I ordered a groupon, which I made an appointment for today at noon. I tried to go there early and then again at my appointment time. The door was locked but the sign said open. I called multiple times and there was no answer and the mailbox was full. I left a message 2 days ago and nobody returned my call. There is also no parking anywhere. Horrible experience. Needless to say, I am getting a refund by groupon.
