If you go in ask for annie I just moved here from Scarborough first time I've had my nails done since the pandemic and let me just say do I ever feel refreshed Not only was she a patient with me and my two children ages 4 and 5 so you can only imagine but she went above and beyond with my nails will definitely be coming back she may be my new Nail Tech lady ???? ????

i have been here a couple of times they are very unprofessional even if you make an appointment they never keep it and don’t even have the decency to call and cancel. This time when I went for my appointment the lady in the salon calls the owner who says that she is not able to do it because she is not well and later in the evening she has other appointments so they will not be able to do me I had an appointment and if she is not well enough to do me how is she going to do others and why do you have the place open....I would not recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting!!!

My nails are all gloopy and uneven and bumpy could do a basic marble design got stuck with nails i didnt want. 88 dollars gone to waste just to go somewhere else tomorrow to have them fixed

They messed up my nails by doing what looks and feels like acrylic when I asked for gel nails. Plus if it was either, she made them obscenely thick which was very uncomfortable. Finally, when I had to take them off after 3 weeks it was very hard and left my nails dented from the weight of the thick nails and were very scraped up. Personally, I would not recommend them.

Other ladies working are great, I usually get a gel mani/pedi and I’m always happy. I love gotten acrylics once and wasn’t impressed so I haven’t gotten nail extensions by them again.

Friendly staff, great service, and quality work. This place was recommended to me by a family member, and I am very happy with my nails. I had dipping powder overlay done, and they look great even after almost 4 weeks, with no lifting or chipping.

I love the ladies here they are super friendly and do a lovely job there was some miscommunication when booking and I was asked to come the next day for my nails after getting my pedicure but after explaining I didn't have the time the next day they fit me in even though it went past closing I appreciate that thank you. I do find you wait along time but at the same time I'm glad that means they don't rush their work even if getting busy or it's getting late thank you ladies

If I could give negative stars I would. Two people working... one giving a pedicure. They tell me to come back in "an hour or two" because they are "super busy". I only wanted a 5 minute eyebrow wax. Terrible service. There was ONE customer in the store and it was 10:00 in the morning. This was insane. I would have waited a bit but they actually said come back in an hour or two... dont go here.

I've been going to this salon for years, even though the previous owners weren't that great they still made me comfortable. Since the new owners took over the salon became alot cleaner,welcoming and their company is great. The girls always do a great job I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Asked for UV Gel, got acrylic. They have separate acrylic jars labeled 'acrylic' or 'gel' but they are both exactly the same and they want to take and extra $5 from you. I am a nail artist and usually do my own nails but decided to treat myself. For anyone going to this salon please remember that Gel is literally GEL, and powder and liquid solution is acrylic. There is no such thing as powder Gel. They'll go as far as to asks you to 'cure' a cloudy already hardened acrylic so you are convinced you are getting UV. Judging by this manipulation I can only assume these were cheap MMA chemical products. Ultimately the nails turned out OK and do look nice regardless. Tools could have been cleaner (there was powder residue on everything upon arriving from previous customers) and my cuticles were cut from the dremel. A little disappointed but didn't expect much more from this salon as I'd been there 5yrs ago and it was exactly the same.

Very unimpressed. Esp after growing my own nails out. Just got then done already looks like i need a fill. Asked her not to square them and keep round....she squared. Pictures dont even show how bad they are. I had to come home and fix the shapes. Nine were the same. She filed the sides of some of my nails down way to thin. None match all different lengths. Not worth the money or time. Went home and cried. Will not be back. Havent got one nice comment on my nails. Lol ally lady friends are shocked how bad they are. Surprised there are so many comments with people happy with their fluded nail polish. Yikes.
