Went to the salon on Kammanahalli main road for a beard trim after a long stint at an ashram and a very unruly beard. Very nice, clean place with pleasant and capable staff. Muniraj did an amazing job and took so much care to ensure that I was ready for the corporate world. Thank you.

I went to this salon earlier this morning and the 13 mins I was there not one person had said hi or even acknowledged I was even there. Needless to say I got up and left as this is super unprofessional and very ignorant. I ended up going somewhere else and was happy with the results after being treated like I didnt exist in this establishment. I will never return nor will I recommend this rudeness to any one one else. As customers we are the ones who make a business' work, treat us better, a Smile, a hi or anything is better then being ignored

I went into for a fresh look. Hair colour and cut. I am so disappointed. The cut was NO WHERE EVEN CLOSE to what I asked for and the colour I walked out with Orange roots I had asked for blood highlights with some Cooper streaks my hair is sooo Orange!. I HATED IT! I cried so much in my car, I went to Moda Salon and they called down the Orange re-touched my roots back to a brown base and times down the Orange, I go in tomorrow for my hair cut to be fixed. I will NEVER EVER go back to bounce and I will tell my family and friends to stay away as well. The owner was really nice and the ethetician and I feel bad but I walked away feeling horrible and ugly.

Recently got my haircut from Mark as he's taken up residence within Bounce. Great atmosphere. Cozy. Quiet. Conversation was on point. Haircut was immaculate! I highly recommend visiting him.

I wanted a layered look and it turned out looking like a child cut it. It was choppy and very uneven. It's been 3 months and I'm still trying to grow this monstrosity out. The color was ok but not worth the 120 dollars I paid. Go back to hairdressing school.

I paid $65 for colour and $35 extra for a cut and blowdry. Asked for layers and too thin it out. I left with uneven dead ends trimmed and no thinning. I also had dye on my face for 3 days. My colour is patchy and it does not look like I Had it cut. Would never recommend this place.
