This was my first visit and even with their recent move and ongoing renovations the ladies were extremely nice and very professional. I felt like I was in good hands and the tools were sterile and the conversation stimulating. I have already booked my next appointment. Thanks for giving me a safe enjoyable experience.

I had a gift certificate for Bellaza Spa which I found very difficult to use as they are hardly ever open! It is also very hard to get a hold of staff over the phone and through messenger....I had my gift certificate for over a year before I finally had a day off that worked with the spa. My pedicure was excellent, relaxing, and of a very high quality. The polish lasted almost a month. Personally, I am quite shy and do not like to talk much so I was relieved when the lady giving the pedicure didnt really speak to me... but I feel like someone else may have taken offense to this. I dont think Id want anyone to get me a gift certificate from here again just because of how difficult it was to actually use, but I did appreciate the quality of service I did eventually receive.

I have been going to Alicia for many years she has a great personality and is super friendly She really takes her time to get things just right. I have been very pleased with my nails. Be it gel or natural she is always game to try something new or a bit different and never lets me down. My eyelashes what can I say, I just love them. I am not the girly girl type but love waking up to nice lashes, which I have never had before. Professional friendly and fantastic is what she is. Highly recommend

Alicia is always professional and does an excellent job of my nails. I have had a splitting nail issue due to excessive sanitizing, and Alicia was very helpful with finding a solution . I love not having to always pick a colour to put on my nail because Alicia pays so close attention to my likes and dislikes that if I ask her to pick , she Nails it every time!!!
