I visisted Neena on November 3rd. It was my first time there as I found her on Groupon. I am always skeptical about places I visit in regards to my body and also my face. I was a bit nervouse and wasn't sure what to expect . My sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a hydro-facial. For my experience....Neena was very welcoming. I am all about personality and how a person makes me feel. She was very hospitable, catering and friendly. As for my experience with my facial. My face feels alot lighter and I decided not to wear any make up for a week to work as I felt alot more comfortable in my skin and confident. She will definitely get my business and referrals Thanks Neena for a great day with your magical hands as you just gained a new client xo

Neena's facial was relaxing and effective! My co-worker commented on the glow of my face the next day. The environement is clean and I didn't have red and irritated skin following a microdermabrasion and deep cleansing facial. She also gives great massages and never stopped working on me during the entire session.

Where to begin? I had went to another salon to get my manicure and pedicure done and I left unsatisfied because they had completely ruined my nails. After a disastrous experience I was afraid to get my nails done again. However, I visited Neena’s Day Spa and I will never go to another place to get my nails done again! Firstly, the atmosphere is really calming and relaxing. The second you walk in you are greeted with amazing smiles and welcoming arms that make you feel very comfortable. She gets you set up and ensures everything is perfect for you. Starting from the colour selection, to the temperature of the water, and even while making conversation, Neena really listens to everything which allows for an amazing experience. At other salons I usually encounter that the ladies are just talking to each other and not listening to what the client is looking for. However, Neena really went the extra mile to get to know me, which made time fly while getting my nails done. Neena really made me forget about the disastrous experience I once had and I can finally enjoy getting manicures and pedicures done again. I am so thankful I ended up here!

I went to the SPA for a facial and an other day for threading. My facial was microdermabrasion and something else. Neena took care of me like no others. I am a very picky person I would say and not easy to please but she definitely succeeded. The facial lasted about more Than an hour and just after only one treatment I saw improvement. I will return for sure. I think the prices are all very reasonable. I have recommended her to many her my colleagues as I have been very happy with her services.

I received a deep pore cleansing facial. It was so nice as Neena was able to deep clean my face and it was not painful. I will definitely come back and try out the other facials. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with Neena at Soulspring Spa. The facilities are upscale and clean, located at the back of a fancy salon. Neena was friendly and professional at all times, and very easy to talk to which made things that much more relaxing. This was my first time ever getting a facial, but comparing my experience to what I've heard from others, it exceeded my expectations. The deep cleaning facial was thorough - my face was steamed and cleansed, treated with a high frequency machine that I can't quite remember the name of, and various masks and serums were applied before the product removal step with hot towels. Neena made the extractions as painless as possible,and she also gave me a great head, neck and shoulder massage while the mask was on. I would highly recommend Soulspring Spa and Neena to anyone interested in feeling pampered and rejuvenated!

Neena is amazing! I had waxed my entire adult life and was thinking about transitioning over to laser but was worried about the pain and if it would actually work. I will never wax again!! Neena is a very nice lady. She is very attentive to my needs and took good amount of time on each procedure. I have very sensitive skin, after my facial treatment, my skin looks instantly brighter with no sign of redness at all. Neena uses very good products and the spa is clean.

Truly a great experience at Neena's spa. I am always skeptical when trying out new places but to my surprise, I was immediately put to ease by the level of professionalism and competence at the spa. Experiencing some of the services for the first time, Neena walked me through the procedures step by step while exercising patience and making sure that my comfort was top priority. I really get the vibe that Neena enjoys what she does for the client and that truly makes a difference. There are other Spas out there that make you feel like you are "just another customer". This is not one of them. I have to thank my girlfriend for bringing me here. We will be sure to return again soon.

Neena does a great job - I’ve had a lot of facials done and she was gentle during the extraction part. My face was so smooth and clear of all white heads after.
