Went for 6 hour bridal package and got a servere skin reaction. Contacted them for ingredients so that I can avoid using such products in future. They literally gave me one hell of a time and texted me the following: Ingredients: Aloevera Vitamin E Almond Oil aqua Blech activator: ammonia bicarbonate sodium bicarbonate This list clearly shows they are hiding as I requested for the screenshot of ingredients.. Also, They call from unknown anonymous number so I cannot even return the call - highly unprofessional! Wish I never went there..Saddens me to write this review as people who work for them are nice n the services they provided are good.. I only have concerns with their products n customer service - do not expect support after you pay them.

Great Price I had a $22 Groupon and I paid $3.25 in taxes. This was my first Brazilian and I'm not sure how I feel. It hurt a lot even though Jese was really sweet. I may purchase the 6 sessions for $150 for Brazilian. I'm going to see how I like the results of this first time experience. The salon itself is in the basement of a professional building and smells good inside. There is a blue paper like sheet over top of a stained white sheet on the table that I was placed on for waxing. I'm concerned that the blue paper like sheet may not be changed as I didn't see her throw it in the garbage when we were done. That would be my only issue here. Thank you!

I found Rhiddi through groupon and i'm glad I did. I had a full body wax, body scrub and massage, facial and body steam. It was my first time having most of these services done. Rhiddi's spa is clean and private which is essential in my oppinion. She quickly put me at ease with her professionalism. The services were wonderful and you cant beat her prices! I have been back for waxing and will continue going to Rhiddi.

This is not your typical all pampered and decorated spa but nonetheless it’s a good place to try. I got a Groupon deal and tried it out with an hour long relaxing massage. The masseuse was super attentive and made my whole body calm down and relax, even though the appointment started later than booked, she still performed 60 min massage. The only down point for me was that after massage was over I was left oily only with paper towel like material to wipe myself down which didn’t help much, so it would be great if some damp towel would be provided as in other massage places I have tried. That way you don’t feel all sticky putting your clothes back on. There are many other options to choose from for all kind of spa treatments, so give it a try. It’s great place for affordable price with lots of love and care for the client.

I would definitely recommend her services to others due to main reasons being hygienic, experienced, and accomodating. Her parlor is too notch and she maintains it by having a clean and updated environment. Syeda did an awesome job at waxing. I was very hesitant about getting a Brazilian (it was my first time) but she made me feel so comfortable. I have zero pain tolerance but Syeda's techniques were great! She waxed my arms and legs as well. The pedicure was very relaxing, enjoyed the entire appointment. Will be booking with Syeda again!

Ridhi, asides your unprofessionalism your product burnt me and is of very low quality, I'm glad at your attempt to disguise the truth when you honestly know me. Maybe if you use better products you will get 'genuine' reviews. Extreme bad quality. Let's be honest, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I am quite conservative even though not new to brazillian. The lady did mine and left some hair. I called Riddhi's attention to this and no privacy, nothing just had four eyes stirring into my bum. Not palatable at all. Price was fair but not worth the embarrassment. I may rather pass on a repeat.
