I booked my services at Ocean Splash Wellness Spa on Fri Aug 6th for my 1st visit and had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Natalia. She was extremely knowledgeable about her services at the spa and was able to give me a thorough breakdown of what I would be experiencing during my 2hrs there. I chose to do the 1 hour infrared sauna and 1 hour massage package. I was shocked that I enjoyed sweating profusely in the sauna so much and the massage was on another level. Best massage I’ve had in years! Natalia is very passionate and experienced in what she does and it shows. I am very picky and Natalia went above and beyond and I had an enjoyable relaxing experience. ????I look forward to coming back once a month to detox and rejuvenate my mind body & soul. I had the pleasure of taking 3 friends with me to Ocean Splash for a day of relaxation and connection. Natalia took great care of us and planned a spa party for us. It included a rotation between the infrared sauna, the hydrotherapy bath, the salt cave and ended with us all meeting up in the meditation room where we laid in the hammocks for a deep relaxation. She also arranged a lovely fruit plate snack for us in a quiet room with soft music. Ocean splash allowed us to have time to connect with each other and to remove the stressors from our lives for an afternoon. One of my friends was dealing with emotions surrounding loss of a parent and another friend was recovering from a serious illness. Both of these friends had an emotional release during the afternoon. I truly believe the way Natalia had us go through the treatments had a lot to do with how my friends were able to emotionally experience some healing. I truly believe myself that when you allow yourself to be fully relaxed and present with yourself, mind body and soul, you can have some release of emotions that might have been stuck or suppressed inside of you. It feels very freeing and light in the body and I believe it can help reduce disease as we age. The meditation time in the salt cave was exquisite. The face massage while in the salt cave was even more exquisite. Natalia is very knowledgeable and very aware of how to heal from stressors in our lives and has created a beautiful space for us to come and connect with ourselves, which is very hard in our everyday life. I am so grateful to Natalia and Ocean splash for this experience with my friends. I love that this place is right here in my own town so when I need some time to myself to process emotions, this is where I will go.

Excellent! We had amazing experience. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable and took her time to explain us everything about salt caves and we had tour in the spa. Salt room is with zero gravity beds and relaxing music so you could fall asleep easily. Facilities are so luxurious, place is clean This is the best spa in Oakvile and GTA. Would definitely go back

I had a very relaxing experience at Ocean Splash. The spa is extremely clean.Natalia is amazing and very knowledgable. She suggested a full package that included massage, infrared sauna and salt cave. I felt very peaceful leaving Ocean Splash. I have also participated in their private yoga session classes that I really enjoyed. They also informed me that they have yoga therapists in their team that can offer private sessions.

Just visited Salt Cave with my little one and we loved it! The service is excellent. Natalia is taking good care of you and makes you feel really welcomed. The Salt Cave equipped with toys and TV(if you prefer to watch something) so you can enjoy the treatment with kids. The SPA is very clean. I loooove the design of the yoga room. Would like to visit Sauna some time soon. Highly recommend this place.

FROM THE MINUTE I ENTERED THE PREMISES OF OCEAN SPLASH I WAS GREETED WITH LOVE, WARMTH AND A DEEP SOUL CLEANSING. ????????‍♀️????????????????‍♀️ I EXPERIENCED THE INFRARED SAUNA THAT WAS SO MUCH NEEDED TO RELEASE A MAJORITY OF THE TOXINS WITHIN ME, PROMPTLY TAKING OVER MY CIRCULATORY SYSTEM. I WAS OVERLY PLEASED WITH THE PRIVACY AND MEDITATIVE ASPECTS OF THIS ROOM. I was then directed to the Himalayan salt cave for a deep tissue massage SESSION of extreme tranquility. The vast amount of knowledge that Natalia poses allowed me to remain calm as her ???????? heavenly hands did wonders to my body ( I moaned my way & sunk into the ???? to fall asleep ????). I then eneded up having a little bite of complementary ???????????????? berries and ????????. Subtly relaxing in a hammock listening to the mindful meditation sounds. I can tell you all that I experienced but the only way one will be able to understand EVERYTHING YOUR BODY NEEDS is to schedule an appointment & put WELLNESS 1ST ON THE SELF-CARE LIST.

What a wonderful treat. My partner took me for a couples massage and sauna package and Natalia took really good care of us. We entered and she played an anniversary song and had some nonalcoholic bubbly with balloons for us. She took photos of us dancing and encouraged us to celebrate our love. Although we were surprised to be separated during the massage and sauna, she made us feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves doing what she does. It was a great massage and the infrared sauna was lovely. My partner and I both agreed we could’ve been good with less time in the sauna because one hour is a very long time, I would say 45 minutes at max would be preferred. She gave us a toast and tea and snacks afterwards as well which was a very nice surprise. All in all, it was an incredible experience! Thank you Natalia!

I had booked a spa party for my aunt and I for her birthday. What a lovely experience! We planned to have the jet peel facial, infra red sauna and salt cave. But what we got was so much more. Natalia had a happy birthday balloon and music waiting for my aunt. At the end we relaxed in the hammocks and had some tea and fruit. Besides all these things was the most crucial and important part, Natalia. Her calm, gracious and positive energy was infectious. Even tho we were there to celebrate my aunt, Natalia made me feel just as special. Natalia doesn't know this but that month I had gone thru something very traumatic both emotionally and physically. Secret Gem of Oakville. Such a Great experience compared to other salt caves I've visited in Oakville. We felt immediately welcomed and the process was thoroughly explained. We were blown away at the science and laser involved in the cave. The room was completely sealed, temperature controlled, even specially built to limit electromagnetic waves and allergens. The space was impeccably clean and professional. The salt cave was private, we went for a couples session and rested on zero gravity massage tables (not uncomfortable foldable lawn chairs like other salt caves I've visited). I have a bad neck and back and I was completely comfortable and relaxed. The session lasted approximately an hour and we were both so relaxed we slept. Both of us noticed our breathing was no longer congested (especially with allergies), we felt refreshed and my girlfriends headache was gone. Can't wait to go back to the salt cave and also try their meditation classes.

I booked a spa party for me and a friend after a long stressful week. We started with an hour detox in an Infrared Sauna, then cooled off and relaxed in the salt cave and moved into the beautiful serene meditation room with mantra music playing in the background, while swinging on anti gravity hammocks. Lastly we ended with warm loose leaf tea and healthy treats. Natalia was amazing throughout all of the sessions. She is a wealth of information and a kind soul that wants to see people healthy and happy. This place is super clean and comfortable. I am already looking at dates to book our next session!

The service i received here, I cannot put into words. The detail from the wall bricked with clear quartz, from the layers of the wall in the Salt Cave is amazing. It's so good to walk into a business that takes the intention of the client so seriously. Which is to obtain peace of mind. I came into the Salt Cave yesterday very tense and had my own personal issues that wouldn't allow me to relax just yet. I came today for the Anti-Gravity meditation session and Natalia went the extra mile to keep in my mind what I shared from my first session and addressed my inability to relax my brain by explaining what is going on in my body on a subconscious and physical level. With my new understanding & advice, + the help of the anti-gravity hammock allowed myself to have peace at last. I recommend everybody to explore the different services this spa has to offer. I'm already gifting these experiences to my loved ones because they deserve it and I know that Natalia will take good care of them.

I booked two massages in the Salt cave and sauna as a gift for my mom and friend. They loved the whole experience. The spa is very clean and well taken care of. Natalia energy is what makes this place so special. From the moment I walked in I knew I picked the right spot. She takes her time and does not rush the appointment, if anything she gives you more time. My mom said she has strong healing hands. The salt cave really helped my friend open up her nasal passage and breath better. Both of them had a really good sleep that night. The magnesium spray really helped their bodies relax. We love this place so much we are booking sessions for our family members. If you want to relax and really we treated with love and care this is the place to go. Natalia is just a wonderful soul and you won't regret it.

I recently had a oxyjet facial treatment and still glowing :), previously salt cave and massage. Both include an hour of personal infrared sauna, which is my favorite time in Ocean Splash. Natalia is not only doing the treatments but also giving some tips about how you can train your mind to be at the present. I love this place and keep going back.

The attention to detail in this beautiful spa is superlative. I spent three hours relaxing, being pampered and detoxed in the infrared sauna, magnesium bath, and salt cave. The highlight of the treatment was the jet peel facial. This innovative treatment improves circulation in the entire face, neck and chest. It cleanses, delivers oxygen, moisture and vitamins directly into the skin, brightens, smooths fine lines. I am going to have this treatment done regularly!!

Can't say enough about our amazing spa day experience at Ocean Splash. Natalia made our birthdays even more special by starting our spa experience with balloons, happy birthday playing in the background and candles to blow out after having us visualize what we wanted to achieve and feel for the upcoming year. Natalia truly pours her heart and soul into her treatments and is very hospitable. The infrared sauna was comfortable for one person and the temperature climbed as high as 60 degrees for the perfect experience to sweat out toxins. The massage in the salt cave was a unique experience whereby magnesium spray instead of oil was used. The spray was a bit cool at times but worth it for the health benefits. Although it wasn't an RMT massage, it was therapeutic. After a long, relaxing massage (longer than the 1 hour that was initially scheduled), Natalia had us relax in comfy hammocks that were such a treat. Additionally, herbal tea and snacks were provided to top off our relaxing day. Would highly recommend a unique spa day at Ocean Splash and experiencing a wonderful and uplifting time. Natalia did keep us a bit longer than we anticipated but it was certainly appreciated and welcomed. If you're into holistic treatments, this is the place for you!

Every time I come to Ocean Splash I leave feeling like a newer, better version of me. I turned 50 last weekend and am so glad I had my first ever Jet Peel a few days before my party. It really made my skin glow and it seemed fuller and so much more hydrated than it usually does. Thankfully Natalia made those pesky little dry patches I’ve been seeing lately disappear. I’ve had regular facials before, but this is totally different. There was no painful squeezing of blackheads and no fancy smelling creams. Everything Natalia used were fresh natural ingredients and I loved the fact that when I left there I really looked and felt great…no one would have guessed I was 50!

Went here on a Saturday morning to do the salt cave. It was a dark room with therapeutic beds that had salt blown into the air. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep. The woman was super knowledgeable and she explained the entire process in detail. She also gave us a tour of the rest of the facilities and explained the benefits of each individual one. I definitely want to go back and try the infrared sauna.

Went today for the first time after trying several other 'salt caves'. Best experience yet! Was able to fully relax as the room was private and offered a massage table bed and blankets to get fully comfortable. Everything was very clean and the room blocked out cell service so you could concentrate on relaxing. Natalia was very passionate and knowledgeable about the benefits of the salt and made us feel very welcome. This is different than other places as they actually grind up the salt and blow it into the room similar to the ocean air. I will recommend to others and next time try the combination of hydrotherapy and salt room. Thank you Natalia!

I had the pleasure of visiting the spa for the first time and received the oxyjet facial and body scrub treatments. All I can say is I had a wonderful and relaxing time. Natalia was terrific, since it was my first time at the spa she did an excellent job at explaining the treatments and equipment as well as setting expectations. She made me feel extremely comfortable as soon as I walked in. I loved the personal sauna, the facial and exfoliating a layer of skin off my body. I received glowing compliments on my skin days after the treatments, you will not be disappointed. I cannot wait until the next chance to book another service at this spa!

I booked a spa party for 4 to celebrate my birthday. It was a unique spa experience and a really nice way to celebrate and relax. The salt cave was really calming and the jet bath was very relaxing. Overall the spa is quite beautifully done. Natalia made it very celebratory with balloons and birthday songs and candles, she managed all the details so we could just come and enjoy.

Note: I have never written a Review before, but this experience was so wonderful I have to share with everyone. I went to Ocean Splash Wellness Spa with my Mom and has the most amazing time. We had the Sauna and Massage package. Natalia walked us through the beautiful (and extremely clean!) facility, explaining the various treatments they have. She took the time to explain the science, research, and purpose behind everything. This really helped us understand things like - why we should stick to the full hour and not give up due to heat in the sauna. I sweat out all the toxins and actually had a lot of energy afterwards! The massage was INCREDIBLE. My body was like jello! She pours her heart and soul into her practice and I am so grateful for having her be part of this experience with my mom and I. I decided that I would forego the hammock meditation until another time. but that proved to be a regret! Natalia let me try it out and it was pure relaxation. Like a baby swinging themself to sleep. If you’re on the fence, add it - it’s definitely under-rated! You’ll regret it if you don’t! I will absolutely be back. Thank you, Natalia. You’re a miracle-worker!
