December 28, 2019: I returned to the spa for a facial, and had the most luxurious experience. I came out so relaxed, was treated to a lovely cup of tea and cupcake. I have to say that I love coming here for a little escape and pampering. The staff is so friendly, everything is clean and the atmosphere is serene. Original post: Decided to check this spa out on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised. I received a head, neck and shoulder massage and I left feeling so fantastic! The environment was clean, friendly and welcoming. I look forward to trying more services in the future.

Amazing Massage. I had a deep tissue massage with Laureen. This was one of the best massages I've ever had and an amazing experience overall. Her technique & knowledge about the pressure points is right on point. I will be regularly coming in for my massages.

This spa is not what you expect. So I got a pedicure and manicure and they do it so bad! There was nail polish on my skin and the whole nail wasn’t even covered. I also got a facial their and it was really nice until the worker Archana was trying to pop or squeeze non-existent pimples. I asked to get my makeup done and they only put on this sparkly blush and did my lips! makeup is like foundation, eyes, concealer, cheeks and lips!! They share the lip brush with everyone so I wouldn’t really trust them. Archana was nice but trust me, she can’t paint nails and can’t do makeup.

TL;DR wife and her sister enjoyed a full day retreat with amazing service and hospitality. Would definitely go again. Customer service deserves an 11/10! I organized a surprise for my wife and her sister with a full day treatment. I managed to organize everything over email even getting help with a Black Friday sales to help with the cost. They were so generous and patient with their time and effort on this, it was so refreshing dealing with such amazing customer service, i wish everyone was as great to deal with. They were exceptionally flexible with changes to any of their plans too help accommodate my wife. Moreover, the appointment happen to be after the covid guidelines changed and my wife tells me that everything was so well managed. I was worried that given the nature of the change in guidelines that maybe their day would have to be changed but my wife described it, she felt incredibly safe and that this place went above and beyond with their accommodation. I'm a little jealous i didn't get to go myself but I'll certainly be looking to go next time we're in town! Congratulations to the owners for running such a wonderful business!

I can't wait to go back! I went for a 60 minute facial and haven't been that relaxed in ages. Lea took care of me and was happy to teach me all about taking care of my skin. This place relies on people that know nothing about a spa treatment coming in and getting corners cut on them, so pretty in pink can save a few bucks. They expect you to know their really specific menu instead of just offering the services any other place would offer normally, so they can upcharge you discreetly. Also, whoever is in charge of their google account is crazy. How about you don’t respond to my one star review? It was literally a star? I don’t care about helping out your subpar business by letting you know what you’re doing wrong. Be a better business and you won’t need to wonder. And seriously, you search up my record just because I have my name public? Nice, very creepy.

What a fabulous experience I had today at this Spa ! It's tucked away in the Upper Middle Shopping Centre. The inside is stunning, clean, and relaxing. The staff are all professional and friendly. I had a facial done by Lily - highly recommend her ! It came with a foot scrub, hand and arm massage. Lily was knowledgeable about skin care (even though I just do the facial for fun) ha ha ! You won't be disappointed :-)

I had a wonderful experience at the spa. I booked a day for my girls and I. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were there a little early. I feel like there was no detail left out making the overall experience really enjoyable. The ambiance was relaxing, I loved that all of the products used were all natural, the staff was knowledgable and obviously very passionate about what they do. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it!

After paying $240 for 2 people, this is what I got… Upon taking off our shoes, no slippers were provided, had to go in barefoot. Never was given a robe as advertised. Pedicure — Water was extremely hot. Service was half-assed, without going through all the steps of a proper pedicure. Just got my toenails poorly filed and painted one coat of nail polish. Horrible application, super streaky. Was given pink lemonade, but after drinking about half of it, it was taken away. Same thing for my cupcake. Ate half of it and then it disappeared. Uhm… thanks? I do weigh an astonishing 108lbs, but you’re right, I should probably watch my figure. Manicure — Never took off my old nail polish fully. Lazy job. Never filed my nails fully. Never pushed back the cuticles. Painting was very sloppy. The person doing it just kept commenting on how my hands were dry. Gee, thanks. Facial — Once again, was berated for my skin being dry. Was told that I have perfect skin, yet she started picking at my skin, making it irritated. Put on a mask that was stinging me a lot, and on top of that did an exfoliation. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Makeup — This is the part I was most excited about, but now my hopes were at an all time low… and thank god, because what followed next was a complete joke. I was told I’ll get full makeup done, but all I got was some clown-looking blush on my cheeks on top of my irritated red skin. The cherry on top was her using the same exact lip brush for myself and my friend, without cleaning it between applications. This business practises a lot of bait and switch. I never got any sort of reimbursement after asking for it. This was for my birthday, so it’s safe to say it was practically ruined by this terrible establishment. Never again. At least my skin is still itchy after the visit.

I had never been to this location before, but it was close to my house and I wanted to try it out. It ended up being above and beyond what I was expecting. The staff was incredibly friendly, not to mention they had cupcakes and sparkling drinks and warm towels. On top of everything they seemed very COVID safe without taking away from the experience. Today I went to pretty in pink, it is one of the best spa's in the GTA. First I got the 30 minute massage, which was very relaxing. I got to pick the oil I wanted from two different options. After we finished the massage the owner gave me sparkling fruit cider and lemon water. When I was going to get the mani pedi she had many beautiful colours of nail polish. When I chose the colour I liked they had sadly just ran out of it, so she gave me ones that were similar and put them on my nails to see which one I liked the best. The atmosphere was great, it was very relaxing and calming. The owner Priya is so nice, she takes care of all the little details. I would come back any day. I really recommend coming for an amazing day. :)

I went into Pretty in Pink for a pedicure before my vacation. Although the staff were very pleasant and warm, I would not return for another pedicure. The seat was not very comfortable (a bench), the nail polish they used did not provide a solid color (I had to ask them to fix it), and my pedicure came out to $60! You got to take the small nail polish home with you, but this did not compensate for the price. My nail polish also quickly chipped away during my vacation. I cannot comment on the other services.

Visited Pretty in Pink Spa today and absolutely LOVE their products! I have sensitive skin and the products lines they carry is all natural and organic which is perfect for my skin! The service was fantastic, I got great recommendations for what moisturizer and cleanser I should use and even got to test out their 100% vegan makeup. Such a happy surprise to find out they carry Eminence and Fit Glow products, right in Oakville. Can't wait to try their facials next time!

I brought my sister in law for her birthday and we were treated so beautifully with champagne and a delicious Cupids cupcake! We felt very special and honoured! It was a wonderful experience overall. We had awesome facials ( the birthday girl getting the amazing Elapromed facial!) and we immediately booked follow up services since it was so positive the first time! The owner, Pria, is a special lady who takes time with everyone and she patiently answered all of our questions about the services and the wonderful skin care and makeup lines offered at the spa. I love Pretty in Pink Spa in Oakville Ontario. Not only is it beautifully decorated and chic, Pretty in Pink spa has many great spa services for young women and women of all ages. They also have some great organic skin care products that I recently have used on my face. I've tried the Eminence facial moisturizer and it really feels like no other product. Nice and light and really sinks into the skin right away without leaving any residue. Before I used it my skin and lips used to flake all the time but with the eminence everything remains smooth and flake free, and one bottle lasted me about three months. I highly recommend this place. The owner pays much attention to the quality of her products and services, and she is also very community spirited, which is why I know so many women who trust Pretty in Pink and are very loyal. Just had a deep tissue massage with Cindy today and she is truly an expert in what she does. She knew exactly the areas in my body that needed work and I was not disappointed. I really thought these reviews were too good to be true because this place was so highly rated but honestly the facility is spotlessly clean and everything from the front desk staff to the staff that opened the doors for me was great service. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. Most importantly I really got what I went in for which was a really good massage …definitely going back!

Had such a nice experience at Mirage Esthetics Spa! I booked a 55 minute massage for both my boyfriend and myself, and also booked a pedicure for myself while I was waiting after my massage was done. Laureen was our RMT for both massages and Lea did my pedicure. Laureen was super nice and is very good at what she does! I told her it was one of the best massages I’ve had. I wanted to find a new place to get massages on a regular basis and haven’t been able to find one with an RMT that suited my needs up until now, so I’m very pleased. Lea did a fantastic job with my pedicure and was also super nice and welcoming. Priya (the owner) was very warm and welcoming as well and gave us little thank you gifts on our way out with a number of little samples in it. Took a walk around the store at the front (spa is in the back) and they’ve got lots of different products to choose from. I didn’t buy any products yet but I imagine I will because some of these samples are GREAT! Definitely will be back soon. Thank you for a relaxing afternoon!

I sent my son for a teen facial and the moment he left the salon, he called to tell me he felt pressured into buying $370 of products that the staff had presented him. In speaking with the owner about this practice of pushing product on minors, she said of course it’s still a retail establishment and proceeded to tell me that they’re all great products and even kids need a skin care routine. Products are sealed, plastic wrapped, untouched, but of course a strict no return policy. Unscrupulous sales tactics even with minors. I go for facials regularly and have never been pushed a single product, much less $370 of it.

A real gem in the neighbourhood. Since reinventing itself as an adult spa I have been buying products from this store. It prides itself in providing natural, organic, no nasties included types of products. Have bought some from Eminence and Elaspa range - fabulous skin care. Noticing the difference with regular use. Have used their Elapromed spa facial for anti aging. This is amazing and really hydrated my skin. Staff in the spa are friendly, knowledgeable and the store is clean. Will try more of the services going forward. Products are expensive - quality costs more - however a little goes a really long way - worth the price. Happy to support this amazing local business.

This was my first time at Pretty in pink. Needed a facial before an important event and i have to say, i barely had to wear any makeup because my skin was so bright and dewy. I love that this is the only spa in my area that uses strictly organic product for their services. Thanks sonia + team.
