I have visited Epiphany Spa on many occasions for mani, pedi, waxing, spray tan and massage. The staff are very professional, the spa itself is immaculate, and the owner is first class and very customer focussed. I'd recommend this Spa to everyone.

This is an AMAZING spa! It's new and fresh, exactly how I felt after going. Sandra took care of my facial, manicure and pedicure. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She's also excellent at her job. WOW! My nails have never looked so nice. My face is much better and the facial didn't hurt. I highly recommend this spa and Sandra too. There are enough chairs to do four pedicures at once. Don't expect a sales pitch for products afterwards. This place keeps you relaxed :D

First time at Epiphany Spa, second time getting a facial ever. Overall experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the price of my total treatment (about $155). I didn’t feel that comfortable or relaxed during my facial, or at this spa in general, which is a big deal. The employees I dealt with were unfriendly, low energy, and not welcoming like at all, especially with me being a new client. The comments my esthetician made to me during my facial were a little condescending. I was especially disappointed because this spa seemed very nice judging from the website, the customer service when booking through phone and email, and the reviews, but for the amount of money I paid for their most basic facial ($99), with microdermabrasion ($39), quite disappointing. I didn’t feel confident walking out of this spa today. I’m sorry to say that I wouldn’t go back to Epiphany Spa.

Love this place! I went for the first time with my husband a few weeks ago for pedicures. It was my husband's first pedicure and the technicians made him feel comfortable; we both had a great experience. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. I have booked back for additional services.

Had a mother and daughter date here. My mom loved her RMT!! The owner is a sweetheart! The service was 11/10!!! The lady that did my facial was a perfectionist at heart and did an amazing job. Would definitely come back here again.

Had a great experience at Epiphany Spa. Went for a couples massage with my girlfriend. Booking our appointment was totally hassle free on the spa's website. Staff was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The two aestheticians who treated us were very professional and gave a great massage. We got the warm lava stone couples massage in the "Fiji" room. The room was spacious and peaceful, and we had plenty of time to use the steam shower after. Never felt rushed during any part of the process. Cost for the whole appointment (two massages + steam shower) was reasonable and pretty similar to what you would pay at other day spas. I would recommend Epiphany Spa to anyone looking for a good couples massage in and around Oakville.

Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. I treated myself with "The Rest spa package" which included a Swedish massage, facial, and a pedicure. The massage by Brianne was a relaxing heavenly session, followed by the facial, and last but not least the pedicure both done by Cristina. Thank you for an amazing relaxing afternoon. I am definitely planning on making this a regular indulgence!

Epiphany Spa is a lovely relaxing place for a bit of pampering. The two beauty therapists that I had were lovely and very professional. I received a deep cleansing facial with dermalogical products that has left my skin looking and feeling amazing and I got some excellent advice about how to take care of my skin properly this winter. I was also there for a relaxation massage & she did an amazing job

Excellent spa! There is free parking (always a bonus) and they have great hours. Cristina took time to help me select the right facial for my skin, and I am very grateful as the results have lasted 3 weeks. I will definitely return when I am due for my next session.

I went here for my first professional massage ever and it was great, the RMT (Brianne!) actually helped a lot with my neck and shoulder pain and was amazing. The prices are fair, specifically for a massage (the pedicure and manicure services are a bit higher than other places I go to, but the service is worth it).

Excellent RMT experience! Brianne is fantastic. I have lived with lower back pain for several years. Brianne targeted it within minutes. She sought feedback about pressure but was not too chatty (which I like/appreciate/prefer). They are also adhering to really great Covid protocols!!

Very poor service, however salon is clean and new, I liked that, but staff had such a bad attitude. It made me feel unwelcome, because they were criticizing and judging, instead of providing a good service that they get paid for. I dont recommend it to anyone. Waste of your money

I try other spas with coupons and gift cards but I always look forward to go back to Epiphany Spa. I don't trust anyone else with my pedicures anymore and their prices aren't any higher than other day spas in Oakville and they offer everything I want.

This is not a fraudulent review. This place not only has least experienced people but also very expensive. If you want to get a good review just hire people that know how to do their job properly. It is not only how beautiful, modern and clean it is this place but the well done treatments provided to customers.
