Riddhi did my Swedish massage, pedicure and manicure today and I really enjoyed all the services. She was very chatty and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I felt safe in the space, and everyone was taking all necessary precautions. Nikki, the owner, was also very friendly and professional. I'd take off only half a star if it was possible, just because when I got home I noticed some cracks and chips in my nail polish, but I honestly think this is just because of the organic polish they use, as it doesn't harden the way another shellac would. That being said, I chose this place because of the types of products they use, so I understand that sometimes comes with a different set of perfectionist standards. I would still return because the service from these two ladies was so nice!

Ive gone here many times and Nikki provides the best service possible. Its always to contact her and schedule, reschedule or add a service into your existing appointment. Shes very accommodating and tbh her foot massages are to die for. I always walk out with my feet feeling soft and legs feeling like jello. She also specializes in reflexology so it goes hand in hand. Its not only the service but the products are all natural, organic and environmentally friendly. If you're going for a truly relaxing experience without digging too deep into your pocket then Organic Bloom Spa is the place to go :D

I went to Bloom Organic Spa today to treat myself for the day! I did the following services: a 60 minute Swedish massage, the orange body scrub, the bloom papered pedicure and eyebrow threading. I had an amazing time from the minute I walked in. The space is so beautiful and super serene as soon as you come in. I love how welcomed I felt and both the women there were so lovely and very very kind. All of my services went above and beyond my expectations and I am VERY happy I decided to treat myself to something nice! My skin feels so soft and smooth after my body scrub and I felt so relaxed and taken care of during my massage and pedicure. I will definitely be back again and I can see myself making this place a part of my routine! Thank you for the amazing services! I can only hope that restrictions lift so I can do a full spa package including a facial!!

Today I had the pore tightening facial. Nikki was amazing! She explained to me what my skin concerns are and made suggestions. The facial was very thorough. I especially enjoy the extra pampering of having my arms, hands and shoulder blades massaged. The skin care products smell terrific too!

I have been coming to Bloom for over a year now, and can honestly say that it is always a wonderful experience. I love that the products used have been so carefully selected to be toxin free, especially with my extremely sensitive skin. Before coming here, I had not been able to get pedicures for years due to allergies to products used at other spas. Furthermore, the ladies are amazing and do a wonderful job at every visit!

Their eyebrow waxing and threading treatment left a scar on my face. I will not be returning and don't recommend going here. I'm upset with their service, I don't think they've been educated on how to do their job. Please be careful with the cosmetic treatments you get because scars take 2 years to completely heal.

The 1st time I was there it was my 2nd wax the lady who did the wax was awesome. She walked me thru why they use a cold sugar wax and made it comfortable. I was there tonight made an appointment last week for a waxing, also wanted to get my brows cleaned up and the she was able to do them on short notice! When she did my eyebrows (of the little brows I have) she just cleaned them up, Excalty what I wanted. She didn’t go over bored and take them off and made sure I was happy with what she did
