If I could rate this salon any higher I completely would! I have been going to Ambiance for over 4 years now and I can’t tell you how AMAZING the staff is. The quality in their service goes over and beyond and I honestly LOVE going in and seeing everyone and getting my services done. So glad I found them!!!!!!!!

Sandeep, who owns and runs this place is highly professional and passionate about her work! I endorse this place because of the superb service quality they have to offer. 5 star in cleanliness and 5+ in customizing anything for you! If I compare it with other similar places, either those places offer services at a highly expensive rate or those places don't offer such good and neat services. I love how warmly Sandeep and her very talented warm staff greets everyone and attends all clients efficiently. I get my waxing, threading and massage done from this place often. I also got my chin hair removed with the laser treatment and I'm happy with the service offered at great price. This is my regular go to place for threading, waxing and massage.

I have been a regular at Ambiance Beauty Salon for over 7 years ( felt it was time I wrote a review). All the staff are always very welcoming and attentive. Shally has been styling my hair for 2 years now and I can truly say I have never been disappointed with the results, from washing and blow drying,to colouring and cutting Shally always managed to wow me with her work, i could not have been in better hands. Sandeep ( the owner) is a very loving, kind and warm lady always greets me with a smile and offers coffee or tea no matter how busy her staff are. Sandeep is also a genius with eyebrows and I am extremely picky with my eyebrows ????, so that should tel, you. Overall I ❤️ This place and the staff so definitely ????????????????.

They are very accommodating especially when I call last minute as they do their best to get me. Waxing was the worst experience I've ever had. The wax was too hot and removed the epidermis of my cheeks. It was painful and it took weeks to heal. I had asked for this sensitive area to be threaded since it was the first time. The aesthetician insisted and then proceeded to use wax, saying this was better. In retrospect, it was just faster for her. It was incredibly painful. The owner then had me sit in the salon with a cold wet towel on my face until the redness eased and pain subsided. Horrible. I paid and never returned.

Very friendly staff and you can expect to receive a very good service.. Totally worth every penny you're spending there.. They have a lot of services ranging from the basics to some really advanced ones. I've never had to wait there if I have an appointment. Everyone is very efficient and punctual and make you feel very relaxed and comfortable.

I went in to Ambiance Beauty Salon for an eyebrow clean up, with assurance it would not be threaded too thin. I left the salon with half my eyebrows missing on both sides and was told to pencil it in until it grows back. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Ambiance Beauty Salon.

I've been a client for almost a year and I have never been more loyal to a salon before. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My hair coloring and cuts are complimented from friends and family. The salon is clean and warm and they offer a tea or coffee. In other salons, I felt like clients were shuffled from station to station and the rooms were dark and music was loud. I look forward to their relaxing environment with attentive staff and fair prices. What really impressed me, was their compassion for others. I would only recommend Joyti for your eyebrows or waxing here. I've had my nails done before and it was not good. Massage was not good. Management is rude and spoke to me in a condescending way. I will not be returning.

I've been coming here since it opened. I have had pedicures, manicures, facials, threading, waxing, and even my hair cut. Most recently I have been doing laser hair removal. I always experience good service and the receptionist Katherine, is very attentive and ensures I am always taken care of. On some of the busier days, things do seem a little disorganized and services tend to take a little longer, but overall this is my go spa for multiple services. The staff are all very friendly.

Poor quality of service for threading. Would definitely not recommend going there for any type of THREADING services because the esthetician is not thorough with her work and ensuring that all hair is removed. I walked out of the spa with a decent size patch of hair on my face. I noticed it after I reached my car. I did go back in and asked for Sara to complete her work, but after waiting 20 minutes she still had not come out and front desk did not do anything about it. Very disappointed.

Seen a lot of good reviews about this salon and thought of giving it a shot. Wanted to do full Arm Waxing and a customized facial. Waxing was done perfectly but I didnt quiet liked the facial owing to the fact that the rate card suggested that the facial timing as 60 minutes and the lady just finished it in less than 35 minutes (with only 10 mins face massage) which was, I thought not worth for the amount I paid. Not a very good experience.

Another wonderful day at the spa! Started with an eyebrow thread then an eyelash tint which is a service very few offer and is done with extreme care. Finished up with the fantastic "monthly special" shellac manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was beyond wonderful and the time and detail spent on the shellac manicure was unbelievable. The entire staff at this spa are incredible from the spa coordinator to all of the estheticians and stylists and to the owner. See you next week ladies!
