I've been receiving services regularly at the Willow King Spa for several years, since the current owners acquired the business. I live near Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal in North Saanich, so I have a significant drive to get to the WKS. But it's clearly worth it to me. I appreciate the efficiency in the services provided. The physical space and decor at the WKS are pleasing and comfortable. The staff know me and treat me like family, which makes me feel at home. I respect and appreciate the progressive, pragmatic manner in the operation of the Spa. And most of all, I very much appreciate the high quality of the services I receive here. Overall, I look forward to my appointments at the Willow King Spa, as each visit seems like an "outing", rather than something I just need to get done. I absolutely recommend the Willow King Spa.

I am fairly new to Victoria and decided to try Willow King Spa. While I was in the treatment room I could hear the esthetician and the client in the room next to me talking & laughing loudly (paper thin walls). I asked the esthetician that was doing my treatment if she could ask them to be a little quieter. She did go next door and asked if they could keep it down. Unfortunately, it didn't make much difference - the noise continued. After about 15 minutes I thought it would be best for me to leave as I could tell this was not going to be a relaxing experience. I apologized to the esthetician, got dressed and left - she was very understanding. I have been to many spas and each one is unique but a spa treatment should be quiet and relaxing!

The atmosphere is calm, inviting, professional, and with the new Covid updates I felt very safe. The layout in the spa is amazing and the product display is always on point! I would highly recommend getting any of the facials or purchasing their eminence organics skin care line, it’s the best!!!
