I've never had my nails done before but I'm glad that I did it here. I called for a reservation a couple days before for myself, my partner, and our two friends. - Fair pricing. - Great treatment. - The massage chairs were upsettingly better than the massage I got done by a human about a week ago. I'm serious, the massage chairs they have beat out the hundred dollar massage I got a week ago. And the massage I got from the human version was very good. - Great selection of colours. - Parking is better than down-town, the lot may be full but there's plenty of street parking if you go later in the day. - Next time I want to have painted nails I'll be coming back here. Also for the massage chairs, which are very good.

I've been to this place many times and they used to take their time and you'd get a good manicure or pedicure with relaxation. Now I find that they rush through their service to get to the next client. My sis and I were there last Sunday and she had a pedicure and it took about 40 min. Although the last time we were there, they had us in and out for pedicures in 30 min. This time her pedi was decent and she was happy with it. I had a manicure with shellac polish and the entire thing started at 2pm and ended at 2:20pm. We paid exactly the same price for each of our services. The girl who did the manicure did a great job of the polish, but I would have expected a little more of a massage and relaxation for my money. I may as well have just had a polish change for what was done. I'll go to Famous Nails at Hillside next time. They take their time and even offer hot stone massage for the same if not better pricing.

I had an acrylic full set done by Jennifer. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was immediately given colours to choose from. My appointment was for 4:00 and my nails were done by 4:55. Jennifer was very professional and I am very happy with her work and I will be coming back. Thank you!

My wife had a very bad experience complete with one toe getting clipped along with the nail. They didn't seem very pleased when she asked for a simple cut of her nails without all the extras. Be careful.

Walked in just to get gel polish done. It was quick and well done (25 min). The colour selection is fantastic. Reasonably priced too. Staff is quick and to the point, not too chatty (which for me is a positive thing)

Wanted to impress my friends... left embarrassed by over-priced mani-pedis with lousy massage for $250. Mine was ok - think I lucked out with the only decent technician, but I could see the bad quality of theirs (crooked nail filing, virtually no massage). Felt horrible, never will go back.

Well first off I never ever post negative reviews but this was something else!!! First impression very rude and quick to dismiss upon arrival. I showed a picture of the type of nails I wanted which was slight ombré and a bit of sparkle. Both of which was not offered at this salon or so I was told they don’t do that.Then having to choose a whole other look immediately with a sense of rush. Then I look over directly beside me and see client getting sparkles on her nails. Second off during the process my fingers were being pulled so forcefully and was burned and cut with the file. I told her three times she’s was hurting me and and then finally made me bleed no apologies and just kept working very roughly on my nails. Thirdly my nails were so rushed they turned out enormously thick and all had their own shape. I still had a gap from my bulging acrylic nails to my cuticle which I have to now fill less then one week later. It appeared the nail professional was having an off day and took it out on me, I walked out of the salon with so much anger I broke out in tears. I have never ever experienced something so awful, this was my self treat day and it ended up being so terrible!!! I will never ever recommend this place to anyone! Please save your money and fingers!

Able to accommodate group of five for mani-pedi and massages. Some got gel others normal. Perfect place to go for a regular nail treatment. You sit in a massage chair while getting nails done.

My girlfriend and I are heading on a holiday- 4 years in the making. Yesterday we celebrated and got our toes done together at Oasis. The staff was fantastic. I had a lovely young lady named Denise who did a fabulous pedicure on my feet. My feet look and feel wonderful after the pampering and callous scrubbing!! The French manicure is perfect on my toes. We had a wonderful relaxing hour and did not feel rushed. The massage chair was an added bonus to the back after work. Thanks girls! I'll be back for my hands next week. Jody

I've been here twice now and both times my manicure and pedicure have disintegrated within 24 hours. Today I asked for a mini pedicure, confirmed with the staff that they understood, and was charged for a full pedicure with no exception or discount granted. A full leg wax missed spots. The eyebrox was was well-done though.

I went to get a set of acrylic dip powder nails for the first time at Oasis today and Jennifer was my technician. While the prices are amazing, I am super unhappy with the service. I left with a cut on my finger and huge spaces between my cuticles and the nails (they look like they need a fill already) and she did not do any pushing back or trimming of the cuticles. Did not get any discount for the cut which I have heard of other places discounting when cuts occur. Extremely unfortunate as the style i asked for was perfectly executed otherwise. My whole appointment felt very rushed, took 45 minutes, and if more time and care had been taken I think I would be alot happier.

I have been going to OASIS for a number of years now. Favorite spot to go for my manis/pedis and waxing ! The girls are friendly and the salon is a nice, bright and clean space. Prices are great, I think they probably have the biggest selection of polishes and colors in town! Candy bar and new massage chairs a bonus!

The pedicure was fine, but the person who did my manicure was really rude and abrupt, grabbing my hands roughly. She just seemed really angry. Her demeanour wouldn't matter except that the manicure was also really sloppy. I had jagged nail edges on two of my nails that I had to file myself at home, the paint is incomplete on another two nails, the French tips are uneven, there was paint on my fingers, and it's already chipping. At the end of the manicure, she just got up and.... left without a word. And I didn't know if I was done or not. Anyway, not the best.

I've been to this salon for salon for waxing, pedicures and manicures. The service is always top level. They use genuine Shellac polish and I noticed that everything is cleaned and sterilized, which unfortunately is not the case in a lot of salons. I loved the massage in pedicure and manicures. I always get Shellac applied before my holidays and it has lasted the whole vacation. I would highly recommend this salon for any service.

I have enjoyed Oasis for years but on my last visit I had a 10 am appointment. I arrived around 9:50 at the same time as another lady who was swept to her chair for service. I was left standing alone at the counter for 10minutes until a woman giving someone a manicure called to asking I was being helped. I said I had a 10 am appt. She told me to have a seat and someone would be with me right away....I sat for 15 minutes ...I had a close timeline for the day...I couldn't help but watch the woman who had arrived 5 seconds before me. I gave up. Walked over to see if she even had an appointment..she did but it seems Oasis has a first come first served policy. 5 seconds behind someone even with an appointment, if the chairs ate full you should sit on the couch and be ignored. I didn't have an extra 30 minutes for that so I told them they lost a customer permanently. I am sorry to have to quit them. Oasis used to hum with efficiency and courtesy. Now they overbook. They have no full time person at the counter to oversee scheduling. The massage chairs died years ago. Tea on arrival? Not anymore. I miss the original version of Oasis.

Mediocre service. Asked for a particular colour from their OPI section and she got a different shade of the same colour. Went with my aunt and her French manicure was not smooth. Technicians were snippy when we walked in and not very welcoming. Probably won't go back.

Consistantly Excellent service at reasonable prices. Oasis has taken and strictly implemented covid safety precautions. I love that although you can book ahead, I've often called the same day or simply dropped by and they do their best to accommodate you!

Amazing place; it was my first time getting my pedicure done. Friendly and experienced staff members. They know what they are doing; just let them do it—lots of parking in front. At least 6-7 staff members working at a given time. Massage chairs are fantastic too.

Jennifer was excellent. At age 45 I was nervous to get my very first set of nail extensions. I wanted them to look natural and Jennifer made it happen. I am really happy with the results. The day before my daughter and I attended the shop and got a pedicure from Yuka and Carol, both of whom also did an excellent job and were also very friendly. This spot offers such good value for the quality care they provide. My daughter loved the candy bar, thank you!

A very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. They are also very fast. Prices are reasonable for OAK BAY as well. Very happy with this place. No point to try anywhere else.

I have been coming to Oasis myself for pedicures for years ... bringing my nieces too sometimes which they love. We always have a great experience ... and they especially like the wrapped candies when we leave! This week I went back to have 2 gel polish nails repaired as they had peeled off ... I wasn't bothered by this but wanted to follow up as it wasn't common. Judy who had been there upon my initial visit remembered me and immediately helped to fix the situation. She was so attentive and truly provided wonderful customer service. I left with a smile and will go back without hesitation. Thanks Judy and team!!!

Went in for a wax, after booking an appointment they had no clue what I was supposed to be getting. After the most awkward 40 minutes she tells me we're done, she missed so many hairs and left me covered in wax. Will never go back
