Thought I'd give it a try as I usually go to OASIS nails across the street. Turned out to be by far the best pedicure I have ever had! Elaine also gave me an incredible foot and leg massage. She is excellent at what she does. Also much more serene and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Oak Bay Nail Spa is my new go to - the service was amazing. The appointment started on time and the spot was relaxing and very clean. They have a great selection of colours and the pedicure turned out amazing. I highly recommend!

I just wanted to say that my experience at the Spa is mixed. The company and work ethic as well as the service was lovely especially when I hadn't treated myself for at least 2 years. It was a joy to be pampered for a change. Now here's where mixed feelings come in. During the manicure I was clipped with the cuticle scissors not once but twice and both drew blood. One got infected and had to be treated afterwards. As well the nail polish is now peeling off. I received this manicure and pedicure Nov 24 and would expect it to last more than 2 weeks. I paid over 100.00 for this treat to myself and am so disappointed. Perhaps if one only gets a manicure or a pedicure the care and quality would be better. Unfortunately I can't see myself going back. I am not angry just very disappointed. See picture of manicure.

Had a wonderful experience here. The women working were so sweet and really took their time. It was my first time getting a pedicure in a few years and my feet were a mess. Very calloused and dry. The tech did an amazing job and my feet feel so soft now. The space was very tidy and is really cozy. I love their front window full of plants, gives it a really nice aesthetic. Definitely will be going back and would recommend to others.

Big thanks to the women who gave me the loveliest manicure today! The place was SPOTLESS, the manicure was perfect, and the company was a delight. I recommend calling ahead, even if it's same day - they're doing a great job of making sure their cute little studio never gets too crowded for the comfort of all their patrons. A little heads up helps them out and makes sure you get your spot. :)

My daughter and I were absolutely thrilled with our mani/ pedi, which we were having done for my son's wedding. Their's was a very professional and friendly service. My daughter, who lives in New York and has her nails done regularly, said this was the best mani/pedi she has ever had. Today, one month later, our regular polish pedis (though our nails have grown a bit) still look perfect! Thanks again to the lovely ladies at Oak Bay Nail Spa!

I had a lovely experience at the Oak bay Mail salon when I went in for a spa pedicure. My practitioner was very kind and gentle, and ensured my comfort was her first priority. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed the scrubs and hot towel removal. I received a lovely summer themed gel Polish on my toes and the ladies were so patient with my serious indecisiveness!! I felt so comfortable and taken care of and will absolutely be back for more treatments ????

I had the best manicure of my life at this place! Isabella took so much time and care into making sure it was perfect. She really paid close attention to detail and was also just friendly and pleasant to be around. Atmosphere is a big thing for me at nail spas and I found this place to be nice and relaxing. They played CBC radio music so I got to hear classical and modern music while also getting updated on the news! When I gave Isabella feedback about how I wanted the tips done she genuinely thanked me and made sure to apply the feedback. I am very happy with my experiences here. Well worth the price for the quality received.

The spa is clean and fresh looking. Elaine was so professional, we were not rush and was serve properly. The ladies here are good with all range of customers, from my 67 yrs old mom to my 10 yrs old daughter. Elaine and her team were able to make us all very happy. Highly recommended!

A clean and welcoming Spa that is professional and relaxing. I received a fantastic full pedicure. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They do acrylics, massage and waxing too! I will for sure try them again.

I have been here many times since they opened this year. The spa is very cozy and super clean located in Oak Bay Village. Easy free street parking too. May and Bella both are very friendly and the extra hot stone massage and comfy chair massages were a bonus! Happy feet! Beautiful toes!
