The out side is not clearly marked, no name on the door,stood out side in an alley in the cold waiting to be let in, then told to come back in 10 min because i was early ,Very odd!

I had a Groupon for a 50 min foot reflexology. It was my first time getting this treatment and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I learned about my body. She did an excellent job!

Waida is a wonderful esthetician and person, and I highly recommend her. I did, however, deduct 1 star due to their new location in Oak Bay. The store owner beside them (Acanthus) vandalized my bike and basically chased me off of the property after my appointment as he was irate that I had locked my bike to the fence (there are no bike racks there). This is something clients need to be aware of, and I am unsure if I will be back as I left feeling scared and in tears.

I have been seeing Waida since January this year and I have to say she is one of the most professional, amazing, caring and hardworking individuals I know. Her treatments have helped me physically, psychologically and physiologically. I recommend her to all my friends and family. My mother goes to see her too and is 60+ with fibromyalgia and she has helped her greatly. Waida is not only amazing at what she does but her prices are exceptionally reasonable. I don't know what I would do if she left Victoria!

The music was super relaxing. She has a very sweet personality and is obviously very experienced. I re-booked for a full foot reflexology session with her before I left. Can't wait!

During the foot reflexology she asked me if it was painful since the muscles were soo tight. I said yes horrifically painful! She continued to rub and mash the same knots in my feet for 20 minutes. It was agonizing. I was in pain for the next month and a half. I was also treated to an hour of being told I needed more treatment by massage therapy, acupuncture etc. Thanks but no thanks.

I bought a Groupon service. Was told they would book me in a few weeks. I sent a reminder. No reply. Sent another email a few weeks later. No reply. Phoned and was told they couldn't help me. Very complicated figuring out how to get a refund. Update: Waida is going to provide free waxing until her laser person is on board. Much more professional. Ready to be happy and satisfied if this works out.

Waida works wonders on skin :) I was suffering from cystic acne for about a year prior to trying chemical peels. Waida is knowledgeable, no nonsense and tries to make any treatment work the best for you. After several treatments, my acne as fully cleared and now we are working on scaring and pigmentation. I highly recommend Waida for her skin care and the reflexology is a definite bonus! She keeps the space clean, always wears her mask and creates an inviting atmosphere.

Description: Overall appointment was not good. Waida appeared continually shocked by what I was using for skincare products (regular items from drugstore) and that I don't wear sunscreen unless I am sitting outside. It is fine to have an opinion, but it came across as very judgmental instead of professional and informative. The facial was very nice, but the reflexology treatment was very painful and I said so, but she did not make any modifications to treatment and it left me feeling sore for the rest of the day. She did offer various promotions for followup treatments and said you needed further treatments to get most benefit. Unfortunately, the overall experience made me feel uncomfortable and I will not return.

I was lucky enough to have an awesome 2 hour body massage, facial, and reflexology with Waida. I have never had a woman be able to do a deep tissue massage like her. It was a very nice environment from the moment I walked in, to leaving with a big smile. Her communication was very clear via phone and text. Highly recommend to anyone living in Vic.

Had the most amazing experience with Waida. She was incredibly skilled in her field and an all around beautiful person. My Mother, Grandmother and myself visited her whilst travelling Canada. We all raved about her, wished we could transport her back to our country for continued treatments!
