Great location on Yellowknife, clean, good food and a friendly staff. Wifi is okay. Shuttle to the airport on a regular schedule. Well worth the stay

The restaurant in the hotel is good. Basic amenities are available. Sound insulation is so so. You can hear your neighbouring room showering.

The hotel offers great beds and many amenities. There is a fridge in every room but the Internet is a bit slow.

Great place. Been one of my favorites for many, many years. Rooms are nice with really comfortable beds. Great little lounge for a cool refreshing cheer. Or a warm toddy - depending on the weather.????

The suite is awesome. During covid we found the cleaning service to be lacking. We had a lovely 3 course dinner served in our room however the dessert plates and wine glasses were never removed. We were there for 2 nights. The hallways were not tidied up. The same pieces of paper that were in the floor in the hallway leading to the room were still then in checkout.

Not a good hotel as I asked hotel staff to check the water supply of my room at 20:45, the receptionist said the related staff already gone and told me my problem will be checked next morning. How I take my shower this night.

Great hotel, however there is a problem with thier air exchange system. The vents are exhausting stale air into some rooms. This is the second time I have experienced it in the same month.
