Joie de Vievre basically ruined what was to be a nice experience for my wife on Mothers day weekend. I booked her a 90 minute massage, she showed up on time and the girls at the front had my wife wait in the waiting area. After 20 minutes the massage therapist never came, she went to the front desk and asked why she hadn't been taken into a massage room yet. She then found out that the therapist wasn't there! The girls at the front said the new girl didn't tell the masseuse he had an appointment today! Unbelievable! Then they apologized and said the therapist would be there in another 25 minutes after they made a call to him. She waited a total of one hour and he still didn't show up. I will not be sending my wife to Joie de Vievre ever again, I will not buy gift certificates for family and I will share this experience with others. This spa has lost our Business.
