I stayed here twice for work. The first was OK but the second time was pretty awful. You could hear everything from the room above and next door. My upstairs neighbour was very loud and I had to complain to 3 different people at the front desk for two days before they moved me to a new room. Very disorganized reception staff.

Most disappointing! Rented a room for three nights. Disgusting! One towel in the room. The room was not cleaned the whole time we were there except for extra towels they brought us when we complained. When I asked for a credit for at least one of the nights, I was told they couldn't do anything about it but let the manager know the next day. (Convenient for them). There was even garbage left in the hall for the second and third day we were there. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The Flores are wood and you can here people above and below. The worst was the attitude the staff had about not wanting to fix the situation. The one young gentleman that was working Friday night was a great guy. The rest were terrible.

Toilet had dried urine on seat, bed was filthy and full of long hair all through sheets and pillows so the sheets were not washed or changed front he last person. Walls floors and ceilings super thin. Can hear every noise in the building and to top it off rooms smell of cigarettes. Worst stay in yellowknife ever experienced

Had to stay here for a week of work. Everything about it, almost was really below average. To give some examples: 1. Awkward parking lot, crammed vehicles. 2. Fitness centre is awful, super hot, no spray for disinfecting mats, etc, and was not cleaned for the whole week I was there. 3. I'm not sure what they did while cleaning the room, but they skipped adding new body washing reagents, and the sheets were covered in hairs. 4. The heat registers kept making a bumping noise at night and waking myself and my co-worker up. Through all of the negatives, I must say that the front of house staff were quite nice, and the room was nicer than I expected.

Friendly staff, older building but nicely renovated rooms. Only complaint would be slow internet.
