I went for a massage to help with headaches and back pain. The massage therapist was great! She explained exactly what she planned to do to address my problems, and the massage itself was excellent. The space is also lovely, and the woman who was working at the front desk was welcoming and professional.

So I decided to make a bit of a change and took a gamble on a new hair salon because I had a gift card. The entire experience was very pleasant and professional, from the greeting, to hair wash and cut. I had a ton of split ends and needed to cut a lot, but didn't want to lose more length than I had to. Cindy was absolutely amazing. She carefully listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. It's one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I can't stop looking at my hair in the mirror!

Best massage I've ever had. Masseuse was very professional and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The room was so comfortable with soft music playing and a fireplace I was instantly relaxed. Full safety protocols were in place for Covid. I highly recommend Uptown Spa and Salon.

I came to this spa for a massage and received a very painful $100 back rub. I've had several massages in my life and it was clear that the masseuse had no formal training. As a result, I left with more pain in my back than I had came in with. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant.

Sidra is the best and the reception staff is the best! Used to go to Team Theraputix clinic near my house and the massage was AWFUL there. They closed down few months back. I recommend Uptown Spa and Salon to all my friends.

I love the excellent massage therapy with Amy, as well as pedicures with Nicky. Both of these ladies are highly skilled and professional. I've missed these services terribly during this pandemic, and am looking forward to appointments resuming in the near future. -- Follow-up: It's been a year since my last massage, and I'm definitely feeling the pain. I cannot describe how disappointed I am, I went on Saturday to have my eyebrows done, I was so excited thinking that I will step out from there happy, unfortunately it was the opposite. I had the appointment with Rafi, she completely ruined my eyebrows, I will have to wait for at least 6 months for them to gow. Girls, don't go there to have your eyebrow done, you will leave from there crying.
