My sister-in-law recommended Spring De Spa. I am amazed by their hospitality, well-trained service. Every time, they greeted me at the front door, walked me to the treatment room. Before starting the treatment, they check my skin first to ensure the treatment type. I feel comfortable since they are knowledgeable of different skin programs and how to solve them. Lydia and her team Queenie and other skincare specialists are excellent on each treatment, including facial and body. I feel relaxed and skin improvement after every visit. I came here on a whim after having class and seeing the good reviews. They were able to accommodate me in their schedule and gave me their earliest time. They were very friendly and greeted me at the door and walked me to my room. The lady who worked on me was always double checking my every need and making sure I was comfortable. She often gave me tips on how to better care my skin during the day and always made sure I was comfortable. She spent a lot of time on extraction and I felt her go through almost every single pore. She also cleaned up my brows and gave great massages. Overall I was more than pleased with the facial. However, they only do packages here - the lady at the front said you have to pay $1000 and would be able to come for around 13times. Which totals up at $76 per fasciae and the facial I paid for was $95 not including tax+tip. It is a really good deal, but I don’t have that kind of money to drop all at once. And you are not able to come back again for just a single visit after your first time unless you purchase that package sadly. Unfortunately that’s not something I comprehend because I would come back monthly but yet because I did not purchase a package I am not able to.

I was recommended to Spring De Spa by a good friend almost 10 years ago. I have been trusting my face and body to the care of Lydia (the owner) and her team. What I like about the place: 1 - Personal care: the staffs pay attention to every customer's preference and need. I like to take a sauna bath before starting the facial treatment. They will turn the sauna on and get the room ready - when I arrive, I go straight into the sauna room. No waste of time waiting!! 2 - My beauty counts - Lydia and her beauticians really care about my holistic look, down to the little detail. Lydia will even remove skin tags whenever she sees them - FOR FREE!! 3 - No hard selling - I don't like places where they put pressure on customers to buy products. This place do not do this. 4 - New Products/technology - Lydia is very knowledgeable on how to care for skin to fight aging (it shows on her youthful look!) She frequently acquire new machines and introduces new products to benefit her customers. As a customer, the most important is that I look my best under the care of the Spring De Spa team!!!

Spring De Spa was recommended to me by my girlfriend who has been their customer for years. I know it’s a personal preference, so I decided to take a chance and check it out. Since then, I am now their regular customer. I can’t begin to say all the positive and wonderful words about the team here. Lydia, the Team Lead, is amazing. She is very knowledgeable. Her expertise surpasses anyone that I have ever gone to. She takes her time, answers every question that I have, and she does not rush the session. My complexion has improved tremendously over the years and often I get complement for having a youthful look! After each session, I feel relaxed, rejuvenated and always look forward to my next session. Because I go there on a regular basis, I purchase packages when there is a promotion, and it is definitely very cost effective. I also wanted to comment on her staff. She trains her staff well, you never feel intimidated when you go there. The team always smile, are extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation to request their service. I have confidence in their skills. I would recommend anyone who needs help to improve their looks and skin to Spring De Spa! They also carry skincare products that you cannot purchase from the Department Stores.

I have been getting facial services from Spring De Spa for over 2 years and I definitely recommend it to everyone. The place is clean and cozy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Lydia and her teammate Queenie are very professional and patient. They always listen to me and see what I really want for my skin before the treatment and they always recommend treatments which are best for me instead of simply telling me to get the most expensive ones. I can tell the products they use are pretty good and they never rush to get the treatment done. They make sure my skin is properly cleaned and leave sufficient time for my skin to fully absorb the essence of the products. I used to go to some other places where the staff were rushing to get the treatment done even I had a feeling my skin was not properly cleaned but this never happened here. The price at Spring De Spa is very reasonable and the services I get are amazing! Highly recommend!

After receiving her treatment, her skin became hydrated and full of elasticity. The flying sand and stones on the face also withdrew with the moisturized skin.
