Amazing staff! So friendly and accommodating! I cannot believe some of the reviews I see on here, they do not give this place justice!!! .. I absolutely enjoyed the full body scrub and the chemical peel... my body feels absolutely amazing now! They even did my 8 year olds nails while I was getting treatment i willl definitely be returning in the future!!! 10/10! Cant wait to bring gfs back !!! Had a pleasant massage experience here. My girlfriend loved it because she’s been stressed recently. For myself I wished there was a masseuse that was a little stronger because I didn’t feel all my muscles lighten up.. overall good experience

I went to Sigh Day Spa for their eyelash extension service, it was my first time getting extensions and I didn't know what to expect. Rose did the procedure for me and provided excellent service. After I got a refill, the extensions lasted for a very long time (more than a month)! The spa itself is also very clean and is a 10-15 minute walk from the subway.

I can't believe I just encountered the most unprofessional staff ever. I have called and made an appointment, when I got there the lady told me that I cancelled and re-scheduled. Out of concern with their scheduling, I told them that it wasn't me. The other lady had checked their phone log and indeed saw that it wasn't my number. But the other lady just kept in insisting that I cancelled and was very condescending, they obviously overbooked and couldn't accommodate. But they just made me stand up there for good 20 minutes without any resolution. It was a total waste of time!!! I hope they value their customer's time.

Price was quite reasonable and the staff polite and attentive. The room was nice, clean and warm. Personally I could have used the music a touch louder, but that is a small detail. I would certainly go back for a relaxing massage again.

Located inside the Edward hotel. I was late for my appointment but I did tell her in advance. I had a voucher from groupon for a classic set, apparently a classic set is only 50 lashes, whereas im reading that some people got done 60 lashes per eye.

It's a small and cozy spa. I have been going to rose for a few years now and always enjoy the services. She is v accomodating, v professional and v friendly. I love getting wax services and massage there. I never leave with any complaint! She is doing an amazing job!

Rose is always so kind and welcoming. Her massages always put me to sleep and her elbows hit the spot on my back. You can always suggest soft or hard pressure depending on how you feel. I have been there once and came back a year later and delivered the same experience both times
