Had a groupon for a microdermabration and facial. Stephania was AMAZING. She spent almost 2 hours with me getting my face absolutely glowing. She was honest about my problem areas and we looked into future treatments and products that will help me. I left booking quite a few more treatments for the rest of the year. Absolutely terrible place. Impossible to book an appointment. No response to emails or voice messages. No one is at the reception when you arrive and they make you wait 15-20 mins when you arrive on time. It's not even worth a 1 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This place is a neighbourhood gem! I came here with three of my friends for facials and they were very accommodating. It's a little place and they can only treat two people at a time, however they went out of their way to make sure that the two ladies waiting had a cozy place to relax with some lovely tea and biscuits. The signature facials were very relaxing and customized when possible to the individual. We actually had to cancel our first appointment the day before due to some unforeseen health problems of one person in our group but the staff were extremely understanding and accommodating. We rescheduled as soon as possible and had a lovely morning at Redwood. Would recommend!

They have great prices and discounts for your birthday. I was given royal treatment from the start to finish of my hour and a half long session. Jennifer was great - educating me on what I was to expect in my microdermabrasion and facial treatment and answered all of my questions with a smile. After pouring me a cup of hot (and aromatic) chocolate tea (which was AMAZING!) and guiding me to my room, I settled in where I was greeted by Maggie the Esthetician. As a former educator in the clinical field, she did an excellent job in outlining the entire process, educating me on my skin type and problem areas which could use a little help. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything from them, which happens quite often in this industry. I left Redwood feeling very knowledgeable in skin types, skin care and routine. Maggie also gave me a face, neck, shoulder and upper chest massage which left me in another dimension. Thanks to Redwood, my skin is now glowing and feeling smooth after just one treatment! I will be sure to visit them at LEAST once a month =)

Did my first treatment at Redwood Medispa and it was very lovely. The facility was neat, well maintained and the staff were very accommodating and professional. I went for a facial because I was having a bad acne breakout. The esthetician, Maggie, was very polite and took her time knowing my skin to prescribe which treatments would suit my needs. She explained everything in detail as well, what the procedure was, the content of the serum/lotions she puts in my face and what it does, and most of all what results to expect post treatment and the aftercare I should do at home and the follow up procedures to gain back a healthier and an acne free skin again. Can't wait for my next treatments.

I first started seeing Maggie who I continue to see on a regular basis and who has helped to transform my complexion with a combination of onsite applications and at-home skin regiment. One day as we were chatting about general health, she recommended that I make an appointment with Theresa. This recommendation was a Godsend: Theresa is one of the best health practitioners I have ever met! She is very wise and has helped me immensely in effectively treating the health concerns I discussed with her. This has been my experience based on the 7 months that I have been visiting this business. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased a Groupon to this spa for two microderms. For start, the spa is at a reachable location with parking. Also, it looks very clean, and carries a professional known brand of products. I got my treatment from Stephania; She is an Asset for this business, and they should definitely consider investing in her just to keep her there. The visit started with routine forms and questionnaire, and during that time I asked many questions myself, for which Staphania answered pleasantly. The treatment itself was amazing, she put a real care and effort to make me feel comfortable, and talked through every step. My skin was radiant after. She also did something with pressure points, which relived a two day headache that I had. She didn't try to cancel out all my carefully chosen products that I use, just to push her stuff, unlike most of the other estheticians do. She simply explained and recommended. I can't wait for my next visit!!! Thank you Staphania, You have more talent than many estheticians with 30 years experience, and I should know, I've been to at least 15 different ones.

Yesterday, I had one of the best facial experiences I have ever had. When I purchased the Groupon for 2 Microdermabrasion/Stem Cell treatments, I had no idea how wonderful they would be. Stephania was the esthetician that I was so fortunate to have ... she was so thorough reviewing my skin, making necessary adjustments to pressures of the treatment, addressing the sensitivity of my skin. In addition to such a relaxing, in depth great feeling facial spa treatment, she also provided me with a fabulous upper body massage. When we were finished, I felt amazing .... and when I saw my face without makeup, well, I didn't panic --- my skin actually looked so vibrant and healthy, that I felt fine, walking out makeup free. On the trusted, educated advice of Stephania, I am planning to return not only for my second Groupon treatment, but for a couple of other treatments that Stephania is confident will eliminate a few problems skin problems. I am very glad that I have found another great esthetician and spa in Toronto. My skin still feels so beautiful this morning and looks great ...... Thanks Stephania!

I originally went with a groupon and was treated very well. Stefani and everyone on the staff is really great. I got a microdermabrasion and a facial. It was the most relaxing thing ever. They don't try and up-sell you, but make you aware of great products and offers that you are welcome to try! I will definitely be going back with my bridal party to get pampered. Also I bought the Image Serum, and it is truly wonderful. If you are spending your money on a bunch of skin care products anyways, I would recommend giving the Image Serum a try. My skin is glowing and looks less stressed out and dull already. Thank you for making wedding planning less stressful, and thank you Stefani for an amazing experience.

Redwood Medi Spa is excellent! I originally went there with a Groupon about a year ago, but I ended up liking the service so much that I purchased a package set of facials and have been going ever since. I usually go for microdermabrasion and a facial. The staff are friendly, and the aestheticians are personable, knowledgeable and helpful, without trying to upsell, or pushing you to buy their products. The facial package set that I purchased always comes with a short neck and shoulder massage, which they do while they let the serums and masks set. This is always my favourite part of the treatment, as the massage is actually very good quality, and it means you don't lie alone in the room for a long time just waiting for the products to set. I tend to have fairly dry skin, and I find that the microdermabrasion is really good for removing all that dead surface skin so that my moisturizer can actually penetrate my skin and be absorbed. I used to look pretty flaky in the winter, but it's a lot better since I've started doing microderm. Overall, Redwood Spa is a clean, comfortable, welcoming place. And it's fairly easy to access via ttc. :)

Amazing place, amazing people! They know me as Sabrina. Been here for 5 microderm/deep clean treatments and heading to my 6th chemical peel. I already know it'll be great. My face has improved significantly in the last 6 months since my first treatment. I used to have serious hyperpigmentation and acne scarring, but you can barely see it now. It has boosted my confidence significantly and works way better and faster than any creams or serums I bought in the store. Best part, Ive never had any side effects. I'm of black decent, so there's always a fear getting treated, but they get to know your skin and only do what's safe, along with giving you the best advice. They recently got the consumer award, and trust me, they've earned it!

I must say that this place is an absolute disappointment, I book an appointment on Wednesday confirmed buy the owner (this lady), she advises my girlfriend and I to come in early in the morning as she is booked for the rest of the day. I told her that it is my anniversary and this is part of the plan for the day, she confirms and I was excited to go in as a couple of a morning facial. We wake up early on a Saturday to make it on time and when we get there, the woman comes to us and asks if he have an appointment. I then tell her that of course I do, please check my name. She checks on her database and says unfortunately I do not, then she starts tripping out because she realized how unprofessional and disorganized they are. She tells me that she is the one who booked the appointment over the phone with me but is not sure why the appointment is not there, I must say this is beyond sad for someone her age and profession to get something this simple wrong, especially when I make a request for my anniversary which she completely ruined. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, they actually increased their groupon price from 63 to 74 in a matter of 2 days, and for 74 per person, this is the level of professionalism and treatment you receive, absolutely disappointing. I will make sure this level of stupidity and treatment is heard across the web.

I have been coming to Redwood since September 2018 after I found a groupon promotion on mcrodermabrasion. Since then I have been through several treatments such as microneedling and chemical peel to get ready for my upcoming wedding in June! I have experienced very good results with both microneedling and chemical peel as someone suffering from Acne and Acne scarring. Stefania has been my esthetician during the chemical peel treatment and she is very professional and knowledgeable. She takes her time and care with my skin, which makes me feel very comfortable during the experience.

She’ll take you through the process of what’s best for your skin & also take you through how best to maintain your skin. This is the only SPA in canada that uses IMAGE products (best). I highly recommend Redwood spa. I only make such reviews when i’m highly satisfied with the services beyond expectations.

An amazing facial from Maggie that was their microdermabrasion facial. - It includes an amazing neck and shoulder massage and she gives you a 100% full attention including a wonderful mini massage during steam - Thoughtful and thorough microdermabrasion using different tips for different parts of your face - I love their Image skincare line which I think is very under-rated as it is a high quality line but very reasonably priced if you want to purchase them to take home Overall, one of the best microderm facials I've had!
