Probably one of the nicest, cleanest and most professional salons in the area. I’ve lived here for over 10 years so I’ve tried a few different places. Orchid is new and it really is deserving of every 5-star review. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They offer all kinds of services, not just nails, which is convenient if you want to be pampered head-to-toe. Side note: there is free parking in the back.

I have been seeing Clover for years now and she always makes the appointment so comfortable! She has such an infectious personality and really makes you feel at home. She has been my esthetician and will always continue to be. The rest of the staff at orchid beauty bar are very friendly as well and are really knowledgeable. The inside is very well taken care of and very clean! The staff at orchid beauty bar really take pride in their spa and it shows! This place is stunning - absolutely beautiful inside and super clean. The entire staff are amazing and obviously the services are worth every penny. The entire staff are honestly amazing women. Mina is the B-E-S-T on waxing - i followed her from pervious job to where she's at now. Lazer will be next for me and they offer good prices and excellent machines. Mani and Pedi set up is boujee too - Great spa HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend !

There is no language that can accurately express the level of RELIEF and GRATITUDE that my feet are experiencing right now. ???? I just had my FIRST pedi since before this pandemic started. I am genuinely SO thankful for my ONE STOP SHOP (for mani, pedi, waxing, skin care, and SO much more) in Orchid Beauty Bar . I have been a client of one of the 3 amazing owners for over 15 YEARS with no end in sight. If you're in the general Toronto area, this is the place you need to visit. Just had my appointment with Orchid Beauty Bar. I absolutely loved it!!! Relaxing and friendly environment and an extremely clean facility, They are following all sanitary protocols, and their advance tech system allows for minimal contact at the door which I found was amazing. I was seen on time and greeted upon arrival. The spa lobby is stunning!!!! My appointment and procedure was explained to me and done properly. Lovely establishment inside and out.. however I had a really awful experience with the co-owner who gave me a brazillian wax and burned me down there. At the time my adrenaline was rushing but I knew something was wrong when the swelling and hot feeling wasn't going away by the next morning. I had to use ice and a cold pack down there for a few days. 5-7 days later I started to shed down there. Won't be coming back anytime soon..

Went to Orchid Beauty Bar for some very much needed self-care services. Upon arrival, was warmly greeted and welcomed into a serene, peaceful, and clean space. Following the necessary Covid protocols, was ushered into a beautiful treatment room where I would relax and continue to enjoy the Orchid Beauty Bar experience. My esthetician of choice for the day, Clover, provided with excellence top-notch, attentive services, for which she has been and continues to be known for. Suffice it to say, this visit will be one of very many. I would, and do, highly recommend Orchid Beauty Bar for your self-care spa services. Do yourself a favour and make an appointment for yourself and/or a friend. In my humble but accurate opinion, making a scheduled visit will be one you will not forget nor regret. I have been waiting for Orchid Beauty Bar to open and I am so excited they did! They have such a beautiful space with large treatment rooms and brand new machines. Mina is super knowledgeable about skin it's such a joy listening to her talk, I look forward to when more services are available. Their laser machine is great and not nearly as painful as the other ones, yet very effective on my thick hair! I got a mani and pedi which turned out amazing. All three of the owners are amazing, super friendly and very professional, I highly recommend if you are looking to treat yourself and leave feeling good :)

I've been going to Clover for years and when I found out about her new venture, I had to check it out. She is professional, attentive, and has the biggest heart. When it comes to getting waxed, I trust her because she's careful and fast, which makes the whole process go by so quickly. I found the appointment booking and reminders very efficient and all necessary measures were taken very seriously to maintain a safe environment during this COVID-19 era. Walking into Orchid Beauty Bar is like stepping from the busy street into a secret garden, the energy in the space is so relaxing and the decor is simply stunning! I have visited the beauty bar twice now and both times I walked away feeling refreshed and beautiful. Clover has provided me with a mani/pedi service that included great conversation, and the second visit was for a Hydra Facial treatment (my face is still glowing 3 days later)! This procedure was really easy & made me feel really comfortable and safe! The beauty bar was also so clean and aesthetically pleasing on the inside! I cannot say enough about Orchid BB! The space is stunning. Sleek and calming. The three owners are so pleasant and friendly and always greet you regardless of who you are there to see. The receptionists are equally friendly and welcoming. Given the current pandemic, I can confidently say that the staff at OBB have gone over and above to ensure the safety and security of their clients. Protocols are in place and the spa is exceptionally clean. My esthetician is Clover and she goes over and above to ensure I leave satisfied. She is a perfectionist and holds her work to a high regard. You won't be disappointed. I can't imagine seeing anyone else. Beautiful space, warm and welcoming staff and 100% guaranteed satisfaction. A new location started by 3 very experienced estheticians. They offer a variety of services (though currently limited by the pandemic) hopefully as control is better in Ontario things can open up again. The new location is roomy and clean with a lot of space and high ceilings so it really feels relaxing to be there. I’ve personally been going to Mina for my eyebrows and threading for over 12 years and make a point of coming back from Hamilton, Kingston, and now London for the service and trust her completely. She can make my eyebrows look identical (even though they’re not naturally) and I don’t let anyone else touch them. She introduced me to the hydra facial as well which is amazing and hopefully I will be able to get it regularity soon enough. I also highly recommend this facial to anyone who wants clean skin but nothing majorly cosmetic done. Basically, you want excellent service with experienced estheticians this the place to go. Also, very safe and clean from pandemic measures as well. From a safety perspective, there is a screen you have to do before you proceed with your service with a temperature check and everyone is expected to wear masks (staff and clients ) with a spacious environment that will allow for ventilation and a chic but clean aesthetic that is easy to clean.
